Old version was better
Current city app is very unhealthy. Very slow and it really got a bad experience. I was a happy Citytouch app user currently not. To improve try to remove extra images and animations.

Confusing UI
One of the worst UI. Seems clumsy. Most of the time seems I am lost. Plenty of functionality which I don’t need at all. Previous UI was nice and clear.
Best app turns to worst app
Citytouch app was the best banking app in Bangladesh. The latest update has changed the UI & UX completely. Now, it’s just an ordinary app. Lots of things are hard to find. Never ever I saw concept of TPIN anywhere in the world except Bangladesh.

CARD PIN DOESNT WORK
After latest update, i tried to create transaction pin. But no matter how many times I enter correct expiry date and pin, IT DOESNT WORK. My card got blocked multiple times due to it

Credit Card Statement
After updating can't able to download credit card statement from citytouch app. Kindly help to slove this issue.
Citytouch, no internet issue
After update, I can’t access my Citytouch, when try to access, Citytouch show no internet, but I try both wifi & mobile data….
Please fix this issue…

This updated up is rubbish and bogus, interface design is poor. Previous one was smooth and nice.

১. অ্যাপ চালু করার সময় একটি ভিডিও/সplash animation দেখানো হয়, যা অনেক ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাপের লোডিং ধীর করে দেয়। অনুগ্রহ করে Settings থেকে এই ভিডিওটি Disable করার একটি অপশন যুক্ত করুন।
২. লগইন করার সময় অ্যাপ মাঝে মাঝে Lag করে এবং Response দিতে বেশি সময় নেয়। Performance Optimization প্রয়োজন।
৩. Credit Card Section-এ আগের অ্যাপ ভার্সনের মতো গত মাসের Statement বা Statement Summary সহজে দেখা যায় না। এই সুবিধাটি পুনরায় যুক্ত করলে ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অনেক সুবিধাজনক হবে।
আশা করি ভবিষ্যৎ আপডেটে এসব বিষয় বিবেচনা করা হবে। ধন্যবাদ।
