Bad app update
The current update does not work well. The camera feature is now difficult to use to take pictures of receipts and you can’t see what you’re actually uploading.Frustrating.
Bad UX
UI improved in later version which was very good, but the user experience did not, only noticed where to put text/notes besides the uploaded image/file after a while and it does not save the text right away, you have to do 3 clicks for a simple change of text.
Also there’s little information on what can/cannot and what needs to be uploaded together with a receipt on HSA. So sometimes is a back and forth of claim submitted and then resubmit and resubmit until they have everything.

Awful update
This app is now much worse than the previous version which was so simple to use. Wound up submitting 4 pictures of one receipt because the app kept automatically taking pictures with no way to stop it!!!!
Incredibly NOT user friendly
I’m a professional and the app and website are incredibly difficult to manage. Claims are repeatedly denied because invoices and treatment plans are impossible to upload correctly. I will never use the service again.
Unable to upload files
Email receipts are becoming more common and it would be great if the app can upload files like PDFs and not just photos.
New Client
Submitted a Claim wow that was easy :) I’m sorry if some are having issues but I just signed in uploaded some receipts and the next day it was processed. That made my day. Thank you National Health Claim looking forward to using my benefits :)
Easy and Quick
Easy and quick claim process. Get everything I need so the bookkeeper is happy. Quick payment turnaround. Not sure why so many negative reviews here as I love this process!

Won’t even let me make an account without saying “Error”. Same goes for the website

Only works once you redownload it. Have to download every time you want to submit an expense.

Unable to log in after update
Your developers did an update 3 days ago and I haven’t been able to log in since, via the browser or the app. I called your support line and the person could offer no explanation for why this is occurring. They said they would call me back; that was 3 days ago and there has been no call back or update. I still cannot log in. I also submitted a support request and got an auto-reply indicating someone would get back to me within 1 business day. Two days later, I am still waiting for an update. Your system is garbage and support isn’t any better.

worst app ever
the app barely ever works and always says “invalid user”. i’ve had to upload my information three different times because it stopped working. this is probably one of the worst apps i’ve ever used.

Can’t submit my claim
This app doesn’t work well. I haven’t been able to snap photos of my receipts for months now. I’ve reached out for tech support and was advised to delete and re-download the app which I’ve don’t several times now. However, I still cannot take any photos or upload any docs to submit my claims. (I’ve used the latest version of the app).

Absolute trash
Easily the worst app I’ve ever used. Every time I want to make a claim I have to uninstall and reinstall it.
App constantly breaks
Every time I submit a claim, the app breaks so I can’t submit my next claim. The only way around this is to delete and reinstall, which is really annoying.
