They make you pay for plus before you even get accepted for an advance and that’s if you even get accepted not worth it

App seems to work for a selective few. I can’t get past the bank connection step. It goes from “get started”, to “loading…”, then fails with a server timeout error message instead of launching the screen to plaid.
Poor customer service
If you want to change the card being used for cash advances, good luck. It’s impossible to change it and customer service will tell you one thing using their poor ai and then you’ll get told something completely different when speaking to someone from their “customer support team” you’re better off just not using this app

Seems like a scam!
Failure to complete account setup. Unable to launch plaid for bank connection. The get started button spins and then times out. App is a scam!
Frustrated!
The app doesn’t have a valid bank linking session. Session from the backend isn’t flowing properly. Server times out before taking me to plaid and now I’m stuck on the connect bank step. I can’t do anything about it :((

I did three different days and one day still has not show up in my account but you all said it went though on your end and I still don't have my money I have two days of it but. It one day of it but still got to paid it back

Scam
Literally made me pay six dollars before being able to see what my advancement was and then told me my advancement was $30 and the express payment to get that that same day was almost 5 dollars and then proceeded to tell me that my transactions inside of my checking account because I have too many transfers was a red flag not everybody keeps all of their money sitting in their checking account. It’s called having a savings account.

App is screwed
I got to the final step of connecting a bank but the Plaid server timed out and the Plaid session wouldn’t launch at all. App is screwed. There are a lot of reviews stating the same. This is insane. Plaid at setup works with every other app but this one. Fix this mess
Avoid this app
You won’t be able to finish account setup. It demands you to add a bank account, but the plaid window to link one never opens—it’s broken, and then it says error connecting to Plaid with a message “plaid server timed out. Try again later”. I closed the app and opened it, the connect bank button starts looping when it should be opening plaid. Trash!
