Terrible excuse for health care
Suboptimal and unreliable health care option. In 3 months as a patient, I’ve encountered more issues and difficulty with obtaining routine care than in my entire life. During the transition to a new app, there has been no effort to ensure continuity of care and prescription refills. Their customer service is garbage and there is no clinical ownership of patient care. As a healthcare provider myself I joined CloseKnit for perceived ease and convenience, the experience has been anything but that and this level of irresponsible patient care would not be acceptable for a PCP and telehealth should be held to the same standards.

This App Made Me Want to Smash My Phone
I was able to log into app, log into call to meet w/ telehealth doc, 8 mins before the start of my meeting. What happens when it's time, I am kicked out & cannot get back in. octors seem not to care to call your phone when you aren't on the video call. I don't know why I ever trusted this!
Doesn’t work
Unfortunately this app does not work. Constantly asks to verify location on each page and then doesn’t proceed
Can’t login..
The UI is god awful. I can login to the website and the other app, but it will not allow me to login to this one. I’ve tried multiple different things and I can’t get past it, I need to contact my provider but am obviously unable to.
Cannot complete registration
Completing registration throws an error and you can never login because it takes you back to same error prone screen … over and over
