Terrible excuse for health care

Suboptimal and unreliable health care option. In 3 months as a patient, I’ve encountered more issues and difficulty with obtaining routine care than in my entire life. During the transition to a new app, there has been no effort to ensure continuity of care and prescription refills. Their customer service is garbage and there is no clinical ownership of patient care. As a healthcare provider myself I joined CloseKnit for perceived ease and convenience, the experience has been anything but that and this level of irresponsible patient care would not be acceptable for a PCP and telehealth should be held to the same standards.

This App Made Me Want to Smash My Phone

I was able to log into app, log into call to meet w/ telehealth doc, 8 mins before the start of my meeting. What happens when it's time, I am kicked out & cannot get back in. octors seem not to care to call your phone when you aren't on the video call. I don't know why I ever trusted this!

Doesn’t work

Unfortunately this app does not work. Constantly asks to verify location on each page and then doesn’t proceed

Can’t login..

The UI is god awful. I can login to the website and the other app, but it will not allow me to login to this one. I’ve tried multiple different things and I can’t get past it, I need to contact my provider but am obviously unable to.

Cannot complete registration

Completing registration throws an error and you can never login because it takes you back to same error prone screen … over and over

If I could give a ZERO, I would.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. My health concern was immediately dismissed by the telehealth doctor because I was breastfeeding. Said I would need to call my obg (who isn’t available on the weekends unless it’s deemed an emergency) to get information on what I could do while nursing. Absolutely ridiculous since it wasn't a complicated issue and one that my obg would question why I had to call them. The doctor I talked to even said he could look it up, but to just talk to my obg instead. Complete waste of my time and absolute negligence by that doctor. I’m frustrated and shocked by the complete lack of professionalism. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Horrific app authentication

CloseKnit shockingly lacks basic quality control and integration with common password managers. I’ve been at various times locked out or unable to access my account for six weeks.

Can’t even get started

App will not progress through the registration process. It’s an endless loop and apparently creating a ticket does nothing.

Probably the worst app I’ve ever used.

I had to fill out some information in the “chat”feature and could not see what I was typing or the chat itself. The interface is terrible, navigation is weird. Cancelled the appointment and plan on uninstalling the app so I never have to use it again.

Incredible Service

I recently used CloseKnit and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The care and attention to detail provided by the team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they did an incredible job ensuring that my needs were met. The platform itself is user-friendly and intuitive, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this platform to anyone in need of virtual services. Kudos to the team for their exceptional work!

Great app

This is everything that I needed. Super easy and very convenient to use. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Extremely convenient

My son was sick, my car wasn’t working, I was really upset until I found closeknit and I was able to schedule an appointment and get a prescription sent to our pharmacy, my husband was able to pick it up on his way home from work! Highly recommend!

Great Patient Experience

I think they’ve made a few updates to their app - the user experience has definitely improved. However, my patient experience has been awesome. I use to be a One Medical person. My experience with this care team far exceeds what I got from One Medical.

Can’t log in

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m totally disappointed with this app. I can’t log in at all and I’m having a hard time getting in contact with my healthcare provider, so I was told by my insurance company about this app. What a waste of time 👎🏽👎🏽

Bad interface

Login is clunky and doesn’t automatically log you in even if biometric login is available. The app constantly redirects you to a browser for certain functions despite not being able to access this service through a desktop browser. The developers should work towards making more of these features native and follow Apple developer protocol for logins.

Traditional provider visits are okay but urgent care visits are quite rushed and practitioners forget prescriptions or have to be repeatedly pressed to get prescriptions for alternative care options.

Wait time horrible

Always wait over an hour and if you don’t show to your visit they still charge you

The Dr service itself isn’t bad…however you can’t get ANY assistance.y work transitioned to CloseKnit from BCBS and my very first urgent care visit I requested a work note. The NP said no problem, but never sent it. There was no way for me to get in contact with here, so I had to email customer service…they sent me multiple dead links…still waiting for a response. Horrible horrible customer service if everything isn’t handled at initial visit

Lackluster UI

Can’t even log in to the app.

Clunky

The video service portion is not bad. The overall interface is bad. One blaring issue is when you are typing in chat and need to switch to another app to copy information the chat is cleared when you return. Not good. I’ve only used the app one time so far, but I saw a couple other issues that weren’t as annoying as this one.
