I like this gym, happy overall with CL…but damn this app is high maintenance. Pretty bold of it to be so demanding considering it has two primary functions..open doors, book classes. And it can’t even manage those things half the time lol.
Forced questionnaire
Rated one star for stopping me from entering the gym via my app until I had to do a questionnaire. Why should I have to do this?

This app is programmed so badly it requires you to log in to unlock the gym as if it can’t link your membership number and use the fact it is your phone. Incompetent coders.

Logging in for EVERY use is hugely frustrating
Frustratingly the auto-sign in function on this app has not worked for MONTHS and you have to sign in Every. Single. Time.
This is not an issue with the HIIT Republic app or the GroundUp app and makes me less like to come to Club Lime. It didn’t used to happen, please fix it!!

stop logging me out
stop logging me out all the time please. I don’t want to have to log in every time outside of the door of the gym. No other app does this

I go often to the gym but it seems every 5 visits I have to update the app. Painful
Forced updates prevent gym access
Have been a few occasions have got to the gym and opened the app to be told I have to update the app first. I understand if I haven’t updated the app in an extended period but if you update the app less than 12 hours ago you shouldn’t be forcing people to update so soon.

Payment failure
It’s been several times now says insufficient amount in my account and the payment is been failed while I have the money in my bank account

It would be useful if it recorded when I visited so I could map my own progress? Would also be useful if there was a weight recording function so I could map my own weight rather than using an entirely different app?
Club lime AI coach is a waste of money
The newly introduced club lime coach is a cash grab if I’ve ever seen one - it’s also terrible and not helpful at all.
It’s really only useful for looking up instructions on how to do certain exercises which you can get free from YouTube.
The coach tells me to slow down and the nutrition and well being tells me to do more exercise.
Absolutely a waste - do not pay the $99

New design is very bad
You’ve taken the primary function of the app - checking the current load at a number of gyms - and broken it. The AI stuff is stupid. You can no longer refresh the gym loads.
App fails to work at times
Many times the app is inconsistent to open doors and turnstiles.

After cancelling my Membership multiple times on their Club Lime app the still deducting my Money and No phone Manners how to help if somebody stuck with something specially the young Girls. So please spend your Money Wisely I will recommend to Go To Atmosphere Next to Tench Reserve.
