Decent but needs work
I mostly access the app to pay our bill and I find the payment screen inflexible. The fields are small and I cannot scroll so I can the field I’m typing into while typing. It’s a bit awkward.

Manque le service cellulaire
J'aurais cru que l'application aurait inclu dans la section "mes services" tous les services, mais non. pour accéder à son compte cell, c'est une page web avec un code de connexion qui n'est pas le même que pour entrer sur cette application...Si tous les autres fournisseurs sont capables de mettre tous les produits ensemble, pourquoi pas Cogeco? C'est un peu déplaisant d'aller ailleurs 🙃

Inefficace
Je tente de charger l’application Cogeco mon compte, 23 minute de délai et au lieu de diminuer le temps s’accroît. Ça ne fonctionne vraiment pas .
Horrible app
Not sure why but bell has the same app. Makes you wonder who ripped off who. Good luck logging in. The app will regularly forget your password and when you try to reset it both the apps website and cogecos actual website will redirect you to a broken web page. Customers support is a joke and your better off talking to a rock because you will be disconnected from the phone as it’s not designed to talk to an actual person they want you do do that online through a stupid chat bot. If the wifi wasnt so cheap this company should be run into the ground. I dare you to click the app support feature I bet you it will go to another broken error 404 page. Thanks cogeco for making yet another garbage product.

Not flexible
This app feels like it was not customer tested. When I go in to pay my bill the keyboard overlays on top of where the data needs to be entered. I cannot scroll the main screen up nor can I adjust the keyboard. This is not ideal functionality. The input details need to scroll up to adjust for the keyboard.

Keyboard things
Get with the times and change the keyboard layout so when the section only requires numbers, the keyboard only shows a number pad. Other then that, it works!
Can’t use for Cogeco Mobile
Can’t use to login cogeco mobile since there is no username (only email) associated with the account
Unsatisfactory
Every time I go to pay my bill, I’m having to delete the app and reinstall it. There’s absolutely no reason for this to be happening and it’s very frustrating. Aside from this issue, the app does genuinely work well and make life easier. Will revise my review if they ever fix it
Fix app
Ever since the newest update Everytime I try to go on my account it won’t even let me past the main screen. I have to uninstall and redownload it every single time just to get onto it.

I’ve been helping out my 88-year old mom with bill payments, and the Cogeco team did a great job of setting up communications about her account and getting me up and running on the app. No more missed bill payments and terrific transparency. Thank you.
Brutal
Not sure how a telecom company can put out something that just doesn’t work. Click forgot username…select contact by email or phone. When either is selected it takes you to page that says unable to log in. Click forgot password. Takes u to the same page.

I like the pay now function makes it very handy to pay bills.
Always frozen
Every other time I try to sign into the app to pay my bill it doesn’t work. I have to delete the app then redownload it which is annoying.
Needs work
Most times when I open the app it freezes. Constantly have to close it and reopen to get it to work. I would prefer to have my credit card information saved in the payment section so I don’t have to keep digging it out every time I want to make a payment
App will not open
Every single time I reopen the app it won’t let me click the continue button to login, every single time I would like to use it I have to uninstall and reinstall. Incredibly annoying would not recommend just because of this.
