Need to auto detect
I already have a account for this app but I downloaded it on a different device and now I have to do the auto detect or put in the code just to sign into my account there should not be a pop up that you can’t close on the sign in menu!

I can’t log in with my apple account, I can’t delete my account to make a new account, and I can’t unlink the phone number. I also had to switch locations and it wouldn’t let me and still hasn’t! The screen where it updates you on the machines in the room does not work as it should. I’ve had numerous issues with this app and have had to call customer service. I don’t know who designed this app but they need to go through all possibilities of issues within this app before launching it.

Value code doesn’t match
The purchased code is 7 digits while the machine requires me to enter 8 digits. It’s so buggy

Useless App
Very clunky. I have to input my credit card information multiple times and it would fail. Log in information is not streamlined. Doesn’t connect with Bluetooth on the washing machine either. Horrible, they need to severely overhaul the whole app and modernize it.

Bluetooth connection never works. Terrible app. Thankfully I only loaded $10 as a test. Garbage app Garbage machines.

Often it is slow to connect to the machine. And then it’s not actually connected to the machine. It just runs on an approximate timer. But the other thing that majorly sucks about this app is that you can’t get your refund in the app. you have to still go down to the machine wherever it’s located and the property I’m at it’s not located in my building. I have requested repairs a couple of times and the machines have not been properly fixed and then you waste your money on a machine that doesn’t spin your clothes properly and everything is left soaking and then it’s hard to get your money back so I no longer contact them about repairs because they’re not done properly and getting your money back is super inconvenient.

Good app but needs improvement
dev should add a save machine option since most people have these machines in an. Apartment and it would be more convenient just to start it from the phone instead of scanning QR code everytime, since some people might not have a working camera

Use a different laundry service
This app charges $2.50 for laundry and $2.50 for drying, however requires a $10 minimum spend. Additionally, when using the dryer, the app will cover the screen with a pop-up asking for an additional $0.25 spend—I believe this is intentionally designed so people have to load more money onto their app wallet.
I feel frustrated and taken advantage of every time I use this app.
