Requires a Coles account
Requiring a Coles account sets up two distinct areas of targets for hackers. If I didn’t need to have my Coles credit card linked to a Coles account in order to see my purchases on the Coles credit card app, I would only have one area of identification as a target for hackers but now I have two- the Coles account and the Coles credit card.

After a bumpy transition, this app is hitting its stride. Thanks for ongoing improvements. The granular controls for how the card can be used are very welcome ❤️
Set up issues
The new app doesn’t work
unreliable app
Got issue previously when transfer from old app to this new app, unable to register , attempted many times and eventually able to use the new app, but lack of communication and support when meet those technical issues during transition. Now unable to log in to this app for few days, tried many times, either keep loading, or log in one second and log out immediately automatically or says something went wrong , for a credit card app, if you can’t use the app in time to check the account balance and don’t know how much you need to repay, that’s just not good enough. Not meet the standard as a credit card app, because it is so unreliable. I guess you need to call customer service more to ask.
