The most useless app ever
Every time I want to use the robot the app doesn’t pair. Every time, I try 10 different things: log off and log in in the app, turn off and turn on the robot, connecting and configuring again the robot from scratch, etc. Most of the times nothing works until one day magically one of these solutions work. This app is so useless that it makes a great machine like this robot useless as well. If you value your time and money don’t buy this.

The app get stuck in firmware download
Three updates and the app still get stuck in firmware download which never starts. It has rendered the app unusable. Last time I buy a cheap product like this.
Terrible App
The robot itself is OK, pretty good in fact. The app on the other hand, is absolutely terrible. Gets stuck in a loop of firmware update and becomes almost impossible to use. All of the guides are in Spanish.
Disfunctional app makes the product useless
The device itself is quite capable, but it is very seriously let down by the app, which is simply disfunctional. It’s impossible to define spaces or to define times for cleaning routines - the supposed functionality in the app just doesn’t work. Despite the app being a major selling point, CECOTEC appear deaf and blind to the negative feedback. Overall a waste of money, you might as well buy a much cheaper but dumb on/off device, and I’ll be checking more carefully for customer feedback before deciding which competing product to buy instead.

Don’t buy this product
After being in contact with customer service and also after 2 or 3 updates to the app, this still doesn’t work. I would suggest avoiding buying this product as it does not work very well.
