Doesn’t update when you transfer to another unit in your complex
It’s ok but could use improvements. The payment part where it shows your balance after putting in your pin or making a payment doesn’t stay on the page when you get out of the screen & switch to another app like to get your bank info so you have to write it down otherwise you’ll have to reput your pin again to go back to the balance or payment screen part. This is my 3rd transfer at Cortland Onion Creek in Austin, Texas & everytime after I transfer it doesn’t update to my new unit # and I start seeing maintenance request from the tenant living in my previous unit. The office has to end up opening a ticket to get it fixed. Now, i can’t even submit maintenance requests because every time i do, it gives me an error so I have to call instead, or go in person to the office. It’s kind of annoying.

Unbelievable Service
I just moved in, notified Michele about a list of concerns I had, and almost everything was addressed within 2 hours. Based on previous experience with property managers, I couldn’t believe it. They deserve a lot of credit for caring about the residents and they back it up!
Adding payment method
It will auto log you off if you switch between connect and your banking app. This is not a safety feature its just dumb. Nobody remembers their routing number or checking account number . People will switch between apps to copy paste them . Your stupid app will log you out and take you back to entering pin . This seems to be designed by novices who have no understanding of UI and security feauress

Decent but difficult
Overall, this app works pretty well. The big issue I have with the app is when you’re trying to pay rent through the app, if you navigate away from the app for even just half a second (even to look at your banking info to enter in), it will erase all your progress and force you to re-enter your pin. You can’t even temporarily save it so you can go to your banking info for a second to grab all your info. So you either have to memorize your routing/account number, write it down, or use a 2nd device (such as a laptop). Pretty frustrating since I don’t see a compelling reason (including security reasons) why it should be this way.

I can’t access the app functionality..the app is stuck on the 5 moving in tasks
Functionality is poor
I’ve had the app downloaded for 2 weeks now and it does not allow me full access to the necessary functions: paying rent, viewing dashboard, maintenance requests, etc. I’ve tried deleting it, and even accessing directly through the web browser so it is not an app issue but the software overall.
Sabino Canyon
I recently moved into Cortland Sabino Canyon and I actually had my eye on that property for about a year before I realized that was the place I wanted to live before I build my dream house. And that’s exactly what Cortland offers is a dream like environment, with beautiful lush trees and landscape that’s well kept. To the amount of space the units have whether it’s a huge 2 bedroom or the amazingly spacious 3 bedroom, you’ll definitely feel like your home.

Can’t fill out important forms
Installed the app a couple times and still cannot pan to the bottom of any fillable form that extends beyond the length of the screen. I can drag it and see some fields but it bounces back up when I release. Critical functionality issue.

Unable to make payments through app
This app is bad
so. many. bugs. Photos don’t upload for service requests, interface is slow and not user friendly, and somehow they’ve managed to disable autocorrect (a native Apple feature!!) in the app.

An update for you - we fixed a bug with autocorrect and it was deployed on 11/22 so that issue should be fixed on iOS. I would love to hear more feedback if you don't mind sharing more details on the photo uploads (are the images large? are you running into issues with multiple images, etc.), the slowness, and lack of user friendliness so we can make changes and make your life easier. App not showing service requests and request that are closed .nothing at all after raising this issue many times there is no solution to it .
Inaccessibility
Creates another barrier to paying rent. What if I don't have access to a smartphone? Why would you take the website down?
Exceptional Customer Service
The staff at Courtland has been nothing but professional and friendly. I have never had any issues nor complaints. Every time I have needed any assistance Stephanie and Gabriella have been there to help!! The community is always clean and the people are always nice! I couldnt be any happier being here!!
