Stopped working correctly after the last update
Poorly written and unintuitive application
I am not sure who was hired to write this application, but the functionality is completely unintuitive. When you register your account, there is no password setup, then you return to the main login screen to provide a password. You have to go back to your email, which you are not informed of. The application is full of errors such as the time checking for notification settings.

Does not work
It used to be good. The past several months I get an error every time I try to log in. There appears to be no way to fix it. What’s the point of an app if it never works?
Print option
For some reason there is no bill printed option on this app. Please add one. Makes it easier for comparison and would save the company money on printing and postage. I’d be happy to do paperless billing if I could print it.

It works for what I need it for! It hasn’t crashed on me.

App consistently crashes when trying to view usage data. This has been an ongoing problem for years now. From other reviewers they experience the same issue.

App continues to crash
Keeps crashing. Fix this. Ridiculous! So much lag. Open. Crashes. Open. Crashes. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Awful app, worse company
There is no company on earth I hate more than this awful worthless little leech of a company. I hope they go bankrupt. This app couldn't be more complicated, unfriendly, impossible, broken or just downright garbage if they tried. It is the worst app on my phone, and the website is just as horrible. You just throw hundreds of dollars into a big hole in the ground with this wretched little company. If you must use them, move.

When it works okay
Trying to add a card and it doesn’t ask you for the CVV number in the add card section. So it shows errors until you get to the pay screen then it ask for it. Sloppy UI design.
Requires Google tracking to load
Will not work if Google analytics is blocked on network. Shouldn't have to open myself up and give my data to an external party to use my electric providers mobile app.
It’s letting Google track you
This is for version 23.3.2. I’m really not trying to sound paranoid, but it won’t function unless it can talk to Google Analytics. You can’t even log in. Why do they need to give our usage data to Google? They know what we’re doing in the app, we’re talking to their servers to do it. So it’s just giving Google more info on our lives. This is unacceptable, and should be removed as soon as possible.

New loads past the sign in page

They’re billing practices are sneaky and shady. A class action lawsuit needs to be started!
Can’t access anything
I can’t see ANY of my info and why to try to “register” my account it says it is an already registered account. To whom? Not me because I can’t see any information. Can’t pay, can’t see usage. What’s the point?
Does not let me log on
The app freezes on the signin screen. I’m shown a “Signing in… Please Wait” dialog and nothing happens after that. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and have asked to delete app data as well. Not sure what else I could do.

Seems like in this version of the app, there's no way to sign in regardless of how many times you delete and restore.. could be just a new feature.
