Amazing app
Cosmo is such a great app for me to learn. The teachers are also extra kind! I really recommend this app to other families.
Very disappointing experience with Cosmo/ClassUp.
My concerns are not based on one isolated incident, but on repeated problems with their communication, scheduling, and customer service.
Their “progress report” calls often seem to turn into sales calls for additional classes rather than genuine discussions about my child’s progress. Communication with their “Learning Partners” has also been difficult, and the Learning Partners change so frequently that the new person often seems unaware of previous arrangements or account history.
Most recently, our program was set up for ONE CLASS PER WEEK, but Cosmo scheduled two classes in the same week. When I asked them to cancel the extra class that they had scheduled, I was told I would lose the credit because it was within 24 hours—and that I would have to pay an additional $10 if I wanted to use that class later.
A cancellation policy should apply when a customer makes a late cancellation, not when the company makes a scheduling error and the customer asks them to correct it. I find it completely unreasonable to charge the customer for the company’s own mistake.
After dealing with multiple issues like this, I would strongly recommend that parents carefully monitor their schedules, class credits, and charges and keep records of all communication.

Not much chance to meet the teacher I needed

Cosmo doesn’t feel like learning it feels like a game you have daily missions and it’s makes learning much more fun

He is wonderful teacher I wouldn’t ask for anyone else the way he teaches my kids. It’s another level. They look forward to the class communicating with him learning from him. This is the best decision we ever made for the kids specially, on the summertime. I’m very grateful to Mr. Brian and signing up with ClassUp I would recommend it to any mothers for out. There is amazing program for the kids to learn reading and writing.

Cosmo is for sure the BEST
You can learn many things in Cosmo from Reading to Writing and Math all of these helps students who need help catch up to their grade level or even go past their grade level. I would DEFFINETLY recommend Cosmo.

Writing Class
We signed up my daughter for writing class with Mr. Sang. Mr. Sang established a great rapport with her and does a wonderful job keeping my daughter engaged with his upbeat personality and expertise in his craft. He keeps all lessons challenging, organized and fun! He quickly built a relationship with my daughter and allowed her to be herself by keeping humor in all lessons. She seems to be laughing and learning in class, which we absolutely love. Mr. Sang has a way with making corrections and redirecting her by keeping things light and using humor. Through this class we realized she really takes this kind of feedback well, as opposed to dad and mom’s feedback. Thank you for challenging her and making learning so fun and engaging.
