I can track how much I have left with my app without having to visit an agent first
Too slow and doesn’t display my actual balance.
The app is good quite alright but it’s too slow when it comes to tracking my card records. I top up my cowry card and it takes hours sometimes days to reflect which is too bad. It’s too bad because on several occasions I’ve been scammed when topping up my card. They don’t recharge the exact amount I request for and the only reason why I downloaded this app is to track my transaction and check my balance which it never even displays the actual balance.. please work on those areas I request, asides that the app is all good

Not Accurate
The wallet doesn’t update your balance immediately, this gives the staffs an opportunity to steal from you
This app Needs to be worked on seriously
After topping up the money update doesn’t come instantly… I download the app to track and know how much I have left on my card for terminals that don’t have the manual balance checker…
But it doesn’t do that.. if you don’t know how much is there and you told the cashier to top up an amount for you they sometimes top up half of what you request or little sometimes…

Bad Functionality
The registration page isn’t functional. This is a big shame to the development team for rolling out a new version without testing

Update Bug
The update you did today 7/sept/2023 wiped my user data. I had 5+ cards on the account with over 1k on it. I tried logging in this evening around 4pm and it couldn't recognize my account. I had to create another one using the same details. Had to buy a new card and load new funds
