Missing water temperature
Got heat pump for water heating and the app allows to manage most of the functions but it misses the basic one - I can’t view the temperature of the water in my heater. What a shame.

Very poor UX
I need simple way to control my water heater.
I want to easily turn it on or off (without very complex absence setup, I want to know what is the current water temperature, so that I know can I take a shower (I don’t need some percentages), and I want the UI to be in my language - Bulgarian. None of this is supported by Cozytouch.
I have an Electrolux water heater, and the their app is just great.

Weak
The app is quite poor compared to the competition, there is no way to check advanced parameters of the heat pump operation, operating time, amount of energy produced, SCOP, compressor starts, etc., not to mention the inability to change the hot water temperature from the app 😌
Missing functions
App it self looks old fashion. Basic functions are available but some of parameters to followup are missing - in example actual water temperature in water hating device . I try couple of times to contact technical support but without success - no feedback at all. I like Atlantic products but this app is so pur. There should be more development made to make it interesting for the users.

Aplikacja działa bez błędów, ale fajnie oprócz podstaw czyli ustawiania temperatury można by było pokazywać więcej opcji jak w vertigo, czyli ile prysznicy z podgrzewacza można zrobić, jaka jest aktualna temperatura wody, a nie w procentach ciepłej wody. Na plus ustawienia godzin grzania oraz opcja wczasów.

Nel complesso sono contenta del bollitore, un Atlantic Vertigo Steatite Wi-Fi, ma l’app andrebbe migliorata: non è rilevabile la temperatura dell’acqua residua nè è possibile settare temperatura diversa in giorni diversi. Un po’ basic.
Безкорисний застосунок
Через постійні збої на сервері програма працює некоректно. Налаштував увімкнення бойлера з 23:00 до 7:00, але через який збій бойлер не вмикається у зазначений час. Навіщо я переплачував за електроніку, якщо вона не працює? Простіше купити Wi-Fi розетку і налаштувати увімкнення через неї. Статистика використання також некоректно відображає покази. Дуже незадоволений цим бойлером і програмою до нього 🤷🏻♂️😔

Fiable mais pas très complet
Fonctionne bien mais avec des options et accès relativement basics.
Il n’est pas possible de créer plusieurs plages de températures différentes en fonction de heures (actuellement seulement min et max). Et ce serait bien d’avoir la température de l’eau du boiler en live via l’app ainsi que la programmation des congés.

Nutteloos
Wat een rommeltje, heeft me veel te veel moeite gekost om mijn boiler aan te koppelen, absoluut niet gebruiksvriendelijk, waarna blijkt dat ik niets meer kan instellen dan ik al kon op het bedieningspaneel zelf. Geen uitgesteld warmen bv zodat ik de opbrengst van mijn zonnepanelen wat kan spreiden.
Bomba Calor Aerotermia
A través de Cozytouch puedo gestionar mi bomba de calor (Atlantic Alfea Aerotermia) en cualquier momento y en cualquier lugar. Muy útil, eficaz e intuitiva.
Nice to have, but be ready for bugs
In a nutshell. I have this app on a few devices. Today, it doesn’t work on an iPhone. How do I know it? Because there is a huge bug in the ecosystem. Sometimes your appliance can lose the Wi-Fi connection. To make it work again, you need to add the same device to your account. So, you need to make this app do it. Today, the iPhone couldn’t do it for 3 days. Next moment, today as well, the iPad did it on the first attempt. Thanks to the developer who didn’t merge the new iPad OS update. Or to me for not updating it in time.
Anyway. Dear developers, please fix this issue. You have all the logs, and I’m pretty sure you do it regularly. Or, dear management, please stop delegating the development job to those outside Europe or the nearest countries. They are just not good enough and are spoiling your brand name.

Pour un chauffe eau app un peu décevante
Il manque une série de fonctionnalités
1) affichage de la température réelle ( le % donné ne me dit absolument rien )
2) bien que j’ai introduit mes tarifs et les heures de fonctionnement possibles ( h pleines et h creuses) les montants annoncés sont incorrects
Il m’annonce 51% h pleines et 49 % h creuses alors qu’il ne fonctionne que durant les creuses comme mes réglages lui demande
3) serait il possible de lancer le démarrage du chauffe eau thermodynamique ( explorer) à distance par exemple si on rentre plus tôt que prévu de voyage ou si en fonction d’un événement non prévu on souhaite anticiper un besoin plus important d’eau chaude
Ce qui suppose qu’il soit possible de passer outre ( ou non) des plages fixées)
