Truly - an excellent French designed home alarm system. I cannot fault it.
I fired this to my son’s house and we are all thrilled with the Somfy alarm. So easy, so secure.

Great app, needs new kit
Had Somfy protect for many years. It is a top tier alarm system that can protect perimeter before break ins. I do think the company need to look at new equipment including the fob which is not really fit for purpose and needs reviewing in terms of the buttons and poor labelling
VERY BAD App updates
We experienced a lot of software updates that shut down our cameras and requires a full reset of our system. That was an issue as we were not home, therefore without warning Somfy stopped our home monitoring. The Somfy key migration to Somfy security didn’t work and we haven’t been able to create new code This is not acceptable from such a large security provider. T

Video hardly ever connects
We’ve tried everything but whatever we do it seems the video feed from our gate hardly ever comes through to the app. Also the one time you want to be able to see if the gate is opening and whether someone is coming through the feed is overridden by a gate logo. We have no idea what the point of that is especially if it guarantees you can’t see the video the time you need it most
