Truly - an excellent French designed home alarm system. I cannot fault it.
I fired this to my son’s house and we are all thrilled with the Somfy alarm. So easy, so secure.

Great app, needs new kit
Had Somfy protect for many years. It is a top tier alarm system that can protect perimeter before break ins. I do think the company need to look at new equipment including the fob which is not really fit for purpose and needs reviewing in terms of the buttons and poor labelling

Sois unos estafadores. Ahora con la nueva aplicacion no me funciona la antigua ceradura.
Missing photos
After some time of using which was ok and we could see photos taken of each visit in home unit and also on this app but now I dont see any photo of visitors in this app. In home unit yea but in app not. This is big issue for me. I did not change anything, it just stopped working.

Alarm niet uit te schakelen . Duurt lang eer je camerabeelden ziet.
Problemi
Installato Somfy Protect e Tahoma nella villa al mare, su indicazione dell’architetto. Già dopo qualche mese sono cominciati i malfunzionamenti. Il sistema domotico in tilt, le telecamere che sistematicamente si disconnettono, i teleruttori di comando dei vari dispositivi che saltano, le tende che non si aprono, le luci che si accendono e spengono come l’albero di Natale. Assistenza zero, il riferimento locale non riesce a fare molto, e la sede, prima risponde quasi disturbata, poi smette di rispondere.
Non ostante potenziamento di linea, fibra superveloce, e vari interventi, siamo ancora in alto mare.
Ps: funziona tutto a batteria; ogni due o tre settimane si deve cambiare qualche batteria, oltretutto formato stranissimi e costose.

Sehr zuverlässig
Fand das alte Design zwar besser, aber das ist eher zweitrangig. Die App funktioniert sehr zuverlässig.

Alarme active en mode nuit.
Lors de l’ouverture d’une fenêtre avec un intellitag qui est non actif pour le mode nuit, l’alarme se désactive.
La désactivation est faite soit disant par un badge.
Très perturbant.

Déconnection
Les caméras se déconnecte sans arrêt malgré un wifi reçu par mon gsm à côté de la caméra et à 3 barre sûre quatre . Plusieurs fois réinitialiser et pourtant tient un moi grand Max donc même si qualité au rendez vous le constat reste très pénible

Pas assez de possibilités de programmation pour activer et désactiver
El historial de las cámaras ha dejado de funcionar
Todas las cámaras en las que pago una suscripción, solo permite ver la vista en directo, no permite visualizar ni las detecciones de movimiento, ni el periodo anterior de grabación. Sale error al cargar vídeo.
Video Weergave
Sinds enkele dagen kan de recorded video (cloud) niet meer weergegeven worden, op geen enkel toestel, de badge bij detectie van een alert, wordt wel weergegeven, maar video weergave lukt niet meer. Op Somfy forum zie ik meerdere mensen hetzelfde aangeven, is sinds enkele dagen het geval.
