Does not work or load
Tried multiple times to see if anything will load, it lets you agree to their “terms” but then I can’t access my account to cancel the trial or even use the service. Just now they tried charging me 30 dollars because the app physically does not load my account to try and cancel
Keeps charging after canceling
I have been charged monthly for over a year after I canceled and every time I call I keep being told that they have canceled but I’m not getting a year’s worth of refunds or anything back and it’s still being charged.

I used to use credit genie and it was good till I closed my account and paid everything off. Here I am four months later they are still making 20$ charges on my card even tho I don’t owe them anything and the crazier part is the last loan I paid off was 10$ so how tf they keep randomly charging me 20$ I’ll never know I tried to get to customer service they basically forced me to talk a robot for days before getting an agent just for them to say they’re is nothing they can do COME TO FIND OUT THEY ALREADY BEING SUED FOR THIS EXACT THING SO SAVE YOURSELF AND USE “Dave”

I really appreciate the app for helping me when I was in a tight spot but the cons of everything where it’s super hard for someone who is already stressed about there situation and it should be as easy as verifying your account and then the system configuring the amount to loan you. Also having to pay $9.49 for same day transfer is crazy knowing the kind of money the app is making for such small loans.

This app is trash.

You will be charged a return fee regardless of how much money is in your account. They will charge you repeatedly instead of simply charging you for the repayment that you owe until your account is in the negatives. They do not stop. My entire paycheck is gone because of them.
Criminal?
Without notice or explanation, they not only refused to offer an advance, but have permanently disabled my account. But they conveniently did not disable their automated withdrawals for the membership fee (and other charges which are inexplicable without account access) and refuse to offer support due to me not having an active account.

I had $100 cash advance from them only had to repay $114.99. They took out 2 $114.99 payments and won’t make things right. I won’t ever use their app again.

Do NOT use this company! I received a cash in advance and unfortunately on my repayment day, there was a delay of my paycheck deposit. The company attempted to take the repayment and it failed the first time. A few hours later, my check was deposited, and they attempted to take my repayment, not only once but three times in total. This was three weeks ago and I still have not received the refund. I’m entitled to over $500. I cannot find a telephone number for them and my emails have stopped being responded to at this point. I am a single mother and I have not been able to pay crucial bills due to this and I can’t afford to lose $535. Shame on this company.
