What's New in Credit Savvy

We're making some changes to the services we provide and how you can access them.   From Wednesday 14 May 2025, you will no longer be able to access your credit score or manage a credit file ban via our website and app, which will close.    We will continue to provide free access to Experian credit scores via the CommBank app, where more than 2 million Australians are already choosing to check their credit health. Existing members can continue to use our website and app as normal up to 14 May 2025.

Good app needs biometric login

Have been using this app for awhile now to check my credit history.
Overall the app is very good but I hope developers will bring in biometric login instead of using pin.
Secondly why does it force logout every time it updates.

Lastly why suddenly it has a two months lag in updating repayment history? My wife uses the same app and her updates are most recent.

Useless app

Downloaded this,when entering my details I keep getting told they are incorrect despite everything matching up 100%.Wasted half an hr trying to verify I am who I am and no luck.Most useless App ever

Needs improvement

App is good but it would be good if we could stop and start the credit ban when we need to, no 21 day period, no 12 month period, just turn on and off as required.

Great free app!

Love that I’m able to monitor my credit score and credit file for free. Also able to place a credit file ban across bureaus to protect my credit file. Would recommend this app!
