Good app needs biometric login
Have been using this app for awhile now to check my credit history.
Overall the app is very good but I hope developers will bring in biometric login instead of using pin.
Secondly why does it force logout every time it updates.
Lastly why suddenly it has a two months lag in updating repayment history? My wife uses the same app and her updates are most recent.

Downloaded this,when entering my details I keep getting told they are incorrect despite everything matching up 100%.Wasted half an hr trying to verify I am who I am and no luck.Most useless App ever
Needs improvement
App is good but it would be good if we could stop and start the credit ban when we need to, no 21 day period, no 12 month period, just turn on and off as required.

Love that I’m able to monitor my credit score and credit file for free. Also able to place a credit file ban across bureaus to protect my credit file. Would recommend this app!

Fantastic app in uncertain times
I was lucky enough to have this app before there was a huge data breech in Optus, and when I heard the news I instantly put savvy shield on to stop me having my details leaked. I can not endorse this app more, it’s so invaluable when we are having so many cyber attacks with all sorts of companies
Helped me buy an apartment
Needed to improve my financial situation. Credit Savvy was so helpful in doing that. I received regular updates on my score via email & visually saw my score go from low to very high. I was then able to purchase an apartment. It now keeps me on track to stay in very high. I’m notified when anything affects my score, good or bad. Also easy to navigate site. Highly recommend.

Saved me from credit fraud
I’ve had this app since the data breaches a few years back. I recently was made aware through the app that a credit enquiry had been fraudulently made in my name. Long story short - my ID had been stolen and used to apply for a number of lines of credit. I never would have known about it if not for this app - thank you. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to lift the ban with all 3 reporting agencies when I need to but I get that they are 3rd parties and have their own processes (and this is all to protect us).

So easy to use and all the information I needed was available within minutes. A real solace when one believes one has been exposed to identity theft.
List credit freeze button
I used to have the option on the app to unfreeze my credit block but that has disappeared with the last App update. No idea why.

Misleading process to lift ban
The app will let you put a credit ban with every agency. But will not allow you to lift the ban with anyone except Experian.
Do not use for managing credit bans, learn how to do it the hard way.
I read everything, and it was not obvious to me that this was the situation. Of all things, this should be bleedingly obvious in the UX.
