Does what it’s designed to do
This app does what it is designed to do. It’s a great timer. I love the voice activation and the “total time” tracker. I’m starting small and it’s fun to see that number creeping up.
Perfect
I have tried a few different cold shower apps but didn’t care for all the coaching cues continuing after the first week. This app is perfect if you’re already comfortable with ramping up and other techniques for dealing with the switch to cold. The ability to voice command the switch to cold without having to wait on the timer is great.

After less than one month of doing this consistently I got a notification from HealthKit that my average resting heart rate decreased from 76 to 67bpm. I am mind blown 🤯

I have been taking cold showers for 10+ months now. However, I never noted down about the showers; until now… I have only just started this app but I really rate it- defo worth a try if you like a cold shower or if you have never had one!!!
Not sure what else could be added
Perfect app to encourage you for cold showers. Very simple and straight forward and all that I’d need. Could possibly do with a setting where you can add a temperature change time, for example, 3 minute warm shower, 10 seconds to adjust temp and then the 1 minute of cold….. I mean there could be this feature but I’ve not seen it.

App slightly spoilt by inability to edit remove entries when contain mistakes etc

I’m at the 86 day mark of my cold shower journey. This app is very easy to get used to. It makes cold showers fun.
Does not work
I installed the app and read the tutorial. There was no “start” icon on the bottom of the calendar only a option to change settings. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app again, and got the same results

Easy to use
I like how you don’t need to log in, the app doesn’t do anything fancy. It just tracks your progress.

Love the app but missing apple integration
I love the simplicity and ease of use through voice commands. Apple watch integration would be huge, however, to enable use of the application where phones are either impractical or not even allowed.
Also helpful would be some type of customization option to the guided cold shower feature. Such as accelerating the increase in length or even allowing the user to set the current length within limits while keeping the guided feature active.

Overall good app
Overall solid app! Really like it! I hope Apple Watch integration comes! That way it’ll be easier to visualize from your watch rather than having to double check your phone.

Got me into cold showers again
Superb app! Thanks for helping me get back to cold showers.
Hated timing myself because I’d count too fast.
Bringing my phone into shower and using the clock kind of worked for me but this app is so much better.
Missing features:
- let me skip days where I don’t shower at all without losing my steak
- let me click on a date to see how long my cold shower was that day.

Love it
The app serves its function and keeps me motivated. I love the simplicity with clean graphics and interface. Great improvements, too, as I now can listen to songs while using the app. Thanks so much for creating this app! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to reap some health benefits and basically change your life.

Great Updates
I have been using for a couple weeks but I have found the voice commands extremely useful. They make the app so easy to use in its intended environment. I greatly appreciate the simplicity and functionality.

I didn’t know I will be using this app so often. but great to think in the shower and take cold rain for a moment. Body seems to be in better condition afte following this
