The UI is horrible, I have to find my college each time and log in, students funded this and we deserve better!
difficult to use
if you use ctclink/okta don’t bother with the app— this UI and design is so janky. clicking through the inbox will jump to messages at random, the load times are terrible and trying to make a payment won’t work. use the browser version if you have to instead :/
Not that useful
Most of the things that can be used to access on here can be done in a browser, might even be faster. App experience frequent crashes, especially when login session expires.
app just doesn’t work on the phone
it’s way too glitchy to try and do anything on the app can’t even pick my collage to start logging in.
Can’t sign up for classes
Won’t let me sign up for classes, sometimes can’t click and exit out of menus, won’t stay signed in, just is not functional. Does not work.
Won’t let me submit a payment
Tried 5 times to pay tuition, met with a blank screen each time.
Looking at the other reviews this had been an ongoing problem for at least 6 months.
It seems like a pretty important feature to leave broken for so long.

Insultingly terrible
My god, even the user agreement that immediately pops up is janky and broken. Seeing the other reviews, this shouldn’t have been a surprised.

Won’t let me make a payment.
When going to the make a payment page, it stays blank. Same thing goes for my mobile browser so I thought the app would be different. Guess not.

Never let me sign in. Try reset password and it says new pw can’t be current pw. Trash😌

Whyyy did my college switch to this. It’s always down. The interface is terrible. It incorrectly shows my earned credits and makes signing up for classes and right now I can’t even access it because it’s not compatible with the newest IOS update

I just want to meet the sales guy that duped the entire state of Washington into switching to this crap. The previous way was easier and not broken. But this certainly is. It’s telling me I need an update. But one doesn’t exist in the AppStore. Making this app absolutely unusable. I can’t schedule a meeting with my counselors because of this. Utter rubbish.
