Can’t see my medications that are prescribed
None of my past or present medications show up in the app, seems pretty useless if I can’t find anything or look anything up.

Changed formularies
App is easy to use and customer service is good. Still frustrated with the fact that CVS cracks deals with pharmaceutical companies and change their formulary causing meds to cost outrageous prices. Even though my doctor writes medical necessity. October cannot come fast enough, they clearly got a ton of negative feedback and are changing it back.

CVS is the BEST!
The CVS ap is so helpful and very worth exploring. It’s not just for ordering prescriptions there are many health resources I find useful on CVS ap also. Thank you, CVS, for truly caring about my health!
Difficulty navigating
It was hard to get to the Store Locator page in the app, I had to actually just google it for it to open in the app

Convenient and Easy to Use
The CVS mobile app is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It makes managing prescriptions, finding coupons, and shopping for everyday items quick and convenient. Overall, it provides a smooth experience and is very helpful.

Convenient but Tricky
Sometimes it is hard to find things in the app regarding your prescriptions. Not everything is easy to find on the prescription side of things. The rest of the app is easy to use and convenient, especially for vaccines, printing photos, and finding the right photo gift also. Would be 5 stars if the prescription section wasn’t so tricky to use. It’s also hard to find the phone number or store hours of your main pharmacy (prescription side not store side). It used to be your chosen main pharmacy on the front page when you opened the app, now you have to go hunting for it and it changes with each update. Just put all that contact info for the chosen pharmacy on the front page when you tap the prescription bottle and that will solve a lot of the trouble people are having trying to find that stuff.
