App is very helpful
Easy
The CVS is so easy to use! I’m not very tech-savvy!
Very happy with the service they always call back when they say they will and they always refill prescriptions quickly!
Good
Awesome!! 😎❤️
Great prices and friendly staff
Love my CVS pharmacy on STELZER Rd Columbus! Staff are consistently kind, patient, helpful and professional.
The app is handy, but super slow. Slow to load and use. The interface is clunky and you can't read the toolbar icons.
Always have our medications ready when needed!
A lot of deals and so many savings!
This location always has everything I need and at just the right price.
They do good and honest work under extreme pressure. Please be patient and know what to expect.
CVS is the best in the west
Super easy and convenient. I love CVS
The staff at CVS Rocklin Commons is always so very professional and helpful. The app makes managing my RXs so easy too!
This is an excellent idea, exercise and health and wellness tips at your fingertips!!
The break that it teaches you is amazing!!
I had a virtual appointment with a provider to discuss GLP-1’s. She stated my insurance need a prior authorization for this medication and then continue to assure me that she would start the prior authorization today and would hear back from her shortly. Well, it’s been about a month now and I still haven’t heard anything from her even after calling multiple times. For some reason, I am never able to actually get in touch with HER.. I never speak to her. It’s always someone else which is very strange to me and shows me very poor etiquette. When I finally did to speak to someone who was of course not the provider I had an appointment with they assured me that the prior authorization was started and they will let me know what happens. Again, one month later absolutely nothing. So I check with my insurance and they told me that they never filed or completed anything for prior authorization. I just find this horrible practice and clearly some providers are definitely in the wrong line of work. I worked as a medical assistant for about 20 years and every single day I did tons of prior authorizations. I never let anything slip.. if CVS is planning to continue along with this telehealth, they better get their practices and check. This just very unfair for a patient. You can do much better, CVS and and hopefully the provider I saw can do much better as well and try to care more about her patients… otherwise this is going to be a very long and miserable career she has chosen because let me tell you..she’s going to have A LOT of miserable patients and she will soon learn that this is clearly not the type of work she should be doing.because in
