Great until you don’t need it
Worked fine until I moved and no longer need my account. App only took increments of $10, so I have some money left that I want refunded before I delete the app. It has now been exactly 1 month and still no refund, even after I’ve called 3+ times now. So beware when you are close to no longer needing to pay for laundry…

A little bit of work could make this a more functional app
When Dadson converted our machines from coins to this app, the price went up 200 percent. Since day 1, they have had the timers wrong with the app. It says a wash only takes 21 minutes, when it actually takes 35. Have contacted them many times. Seems like an easy fix, but all messages go ignored. Also, when the machines are broken and they take a payment, the app won’t refund you. Many other small bugs and issues which all add up to a big pain.

BROKEN FOR A MONTH
My apartments washing machine was broken for OVER a month!!! Multiple repairmen came to our apartment with different parts and dadson management got mad at us on the phone for asking to get it fixed!! What’s the point of having a washing machine as a decoration piece??

HORRIBLE APP
At first glance it looks great. Then you try to load money. It gives you multiple dollar amounts but only one works. It has a “other amount” option where you can add a specified amount… less then $10 and it fails because it’s to low. More that $10 and it fails because it’s to high.
We give the option and then not allow for it ? The app hasn’t had an update in some time so either the Dad or the Son or both are to cheep to fix it.

Amazing, Easy to navigate
Easy to navigate throughout the app. Tho my only critique is when making request it would be nice to have a faster response. We requested for our dryer to have the pay by app service it’s been Months waiting.
Worst app on the planet
Horrible app to use. It only lets you add $10 at a time and it’s $4 to wash and $3 to dry so you have to reload money every single time you wash another load. AND even worse it requires you to do at least 1 load of laundry before you can put more money on. I tried to add it a few times one after another and it won’t let you if you haven’t done laundry within 24 hours. It shows that you can add $25 or $50 but it says “sorry” you can only add $10. It’s infuriating and such an inconvenience.
