Absolute horrible bank. Takes you through the wringer to dispute a transaction. Takes days to get money back if it’s pulled due to a declined transaction. I will be switching back to Wells Fargo thank you
Don’t recommend
Been trying to access money for about 3 days now. I spoke with customer service and didn’t get much help. I was hoping to be able to use the service for what it was good for but no….it’s actually pretty frustrating.

Daily Pay is horrible they take funds beyond your current pay period.
App quality is shaky at best
When I first got the DailyPay app it was amazing. Every day at 3PM my pay would update. Then eventually they kept changing the app layout and there were random pauses in pay, sometimes just a day and other times an entire week. Then it stopped updating on weekends. And starting last month it stopped showing ANY of my pay yet still sends me emails telling me how much I have in the app. I called customer service and they put a ticket in to figure out the issue just for the reply to be that they're doing "maintenance" and don't have any estimates on when it will be fixed. Updating the app didn't fix it, uninstalling and reinstalling, literally nothing! The only warning I received for this was a pop up that appeared ONCE after I had repeatedly logged out and back in stating that pay "might" be affected starting June 24th. Again, no estimate on when it will be fixed and literally no trace of this announcement anywhere in the app, on their status page, their website, or even when you call customer service.

What a joke
I’ve literally been at my job for a month now I received two paychecks and DailyPay still haven’t added my new job. What is so hard about having an option to add your other workplace to DailyPay? What does it matter if I work somewhere else and receive DailyPay from that other job too????? I’m so sick and tired if it’s not one thing it’s another with this platform. The workers don’t know anything then someone put my email address in wrong (mind you, I’ve been with DailyPay for years, so why do they keep asking me my personal information when I call? They have my Social Security number. They have my bank information my employee ID but still managed to put my information in wrong ) WHAT A JOKE I’m about to go to the headquarters in New York AND complain I’m sick and tired of calling this place. I’m just sick and tired. I wish these jobs they gave us the option to use/choose our own early pay platforms. I wish they would just have something simple. It’s very frustrating when you need your money early and these people always wanna play with you.

Paycheck? late. Daily balance? late. Don't mess with this app and company unless you want to be treated like your money is a game. Shameless.
Barely see my money on time
The system doesn’t update when you need it. More like weekly pay and sometime every other day pay
Fee
I should not have to be forced to get a debit card with you in order to not have a fee, it’s MY MONEY. Maybe a limit of transfer can be done without a fee would be feasible, maybe.
