Not IPhone friendly
Every time I need to go into the app, I have to delete it first and then re-download it so that it will work. Once I’ve used the app I have to delete it again for the next time I use it. If I don’t, it never lets me log back in.
Site keeps glitching
And then I can't access my money. Fix the glitches! I've deleted and re-downloaded the app a million times just to get into it.
It’s useful but has so many issues
I’ve had so many issues since using this app not with getting my money or anything like that but with the app itself not verifying not letting me login ect
Horrible login bug
Keep getting stuck in a log in loop and have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to access the damn balance.

Instant Transfer is Falsely Advertised
It shouldn’t take a full 24 hours for the INSTANT TRANSFER to send me the payment I needed immediately. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I don’t normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but when I need my funds for emergency payment, this app has failed to do so. Your description says “Your money, when you need it!”, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Bad update
Updated to new version and now can’t log in. Call support is not helpful and pretends to transfer only to hang up.
Crashing every day
I wasn’t having issues with daily pay until I had two jobs connected . It was an accident with adding the other but since I’m unable to see what job is depositing or history of them separately. There is no option on daily pay to remove a job after not wanting to use it on daily pay . Developers should separate both jobs and allow history to be separated, fix the recent crashing and getting thrown out the app and allow users to remove on/two accounts after not wanting to use both but one

Idk if its a bug or what
It keeps logging me out, wont let me transfer my pays, when if works it works phenomenally but these past 3 days its just not working whatsoever. Please fix!!! It says “403 not found” i keep deleting and installing the app over snd over for it to work, like i said tho please fix!!! Thank you!
Nice when it works
Account randomly gets paused and can’t access my earnings. Also can’t login half of the time. I have to delete and reinstall the app and it will sometimes let me login.

I want to preface this by saying that I love this app, my only complaint is I have to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times a week due to a bug where I get logged out and can’t log back it

Issues 2x in the past month and customer service says it’s my employer who needs to help me with logging in
Always crashes too often and makes mistakes too often, can’t wait for the class action lawsuit
To start off the overseas customer service is terrible, just rude and not helpful, you guys always have some crash or issue,the payments are also not accurate, better off waiting for your paycheck worst app ever, class action lawsuit coming soon
