Still too buggy
Location services does not provide correct address for requests. Attempts to load photos are denied (limit of 0 files has been reached).
Gets caught up on anything
This isn’t a review of the City of Dallas 311, because they’re great. But this app has a lot of bugs that need to be worked out.
I can’t finish a service request because the screen goes blank. I’ve made sure the app is up-to-date, closed it and restarted it, and it still doesn’t work. This is supposed to save you time. Instead I’ve tried to do one simple task six separate times.

App is completely unreliable
Nearly every time I try to submit a new request within the app it gets hung up or just has a blank screen or something. Seriously I have not been able to submit a request through this app in the last year. The user experience is fine and is functional and theoretically would be a good app if it actually worked. However, given it is run by local city government, I’m not surprised. So I will call instead, defeating the purpose of this app.

Can’t submit service request
Every time I try to submit a new service request the app screen goes white and I can’t navigate any further to complete my request. This app needs immediate attention.
Decent app, when it works
This app is decent, when it works. However, often times one will try to submit a request and will get a response that it’s unable to be submitted. even waiting hours or days later, the same error occurs. Additionally, selecting addresses is a real challenge with the map and should be significantly improved.

App won’t accept typed word input
What’s ironic is this app once upon a time was just fine. Years ago. I would give the current version of this app zero stars if that were an option. And if I had four hands, I would give it four thumbs down.
Doesn’t work
Crashes frequently and most annoying is going through all the steps to submit a report and it goes blank.
Never Works
The thing never works. You walk through all the prompts and try to submit the issue and it results in an error.
A failure
Whoever is programming this thing needs to be fired. I can use it fine on my iPhone, but when I try to log in on my iPad it consistently says my password in incorrect.
So many issues
The map is impossible to use properly and extremely inaccurate when trying to mark a location. Half of the reports don’t actually work because an error appears and crashes the app.
This app sucks!
It never works, all I get are error messages. I can only imagine what us taxpayers, pay for this boondoggle! Just another grift courtesy of the morons sitting on the Dallas City Council.
Poor App Experience
App is extremely slow and the map is hard to use. The map doesn’t allow for aerial imagery, and doesn’t zoom in far enough to appropriately direct city teams to a specific spot.
Great concept, very glitchy
Over half the time I try and report something, the app freezes or it says the picture is too big of a file, even though I took the picture in the app itself. It should be able to scale down the photo size automatically. Cities and governments always have the worst apps, so no surprise.
Unusable
This app is really bad. I can’t submit any service requests. The UI is all messed up. I can’t get past the location screen. And when I do, the app just shows a blank screen

Can’t get past the map screen. Sales Force.com should be ASHAMED of this app. What a joke. Shorting their stock.
