Not as advertised; impractical service.
I’ve attempted multiple rides around the 8am rush hour, only to be hit with a message that basically saiys they’re too busy. Really? Hire more people, add more buses, and charge a bit more to compensate, duh! This is an on demand service and could work great!
The other infuriating aspect is that they advertise this service for Millsboro and Georgetown. It works for one side of the plantation lakes community and not the other, and has been like that for four years! The zip codes of these two towns are huge and they should service the entire area in my opinion. Even if we are strictly saying town limits only, we live in town limits and can’t use service.
