Locked out of my account
If you like being locked out of your account after using the app a few times and the customer service not doing anything to help you gain your account back than this is the app for you. I’ve been locked out of my account for 2 months now and everything I try reaching out to customer service they are no help, very aggravating

Does what it’s suppose to do, But they put you in inconvenient situations too often. If you are late ONE WEEK with repaying despite consistently playing for month on in THEY WILL drop what you want to advance. They gave me $150 to advance and being late one week dropped it to $50. Little things like that WILL happen, and the fees is a different complaint of its own.

Changed my advance amount after paying on time three times. Now I get less money.

This was super easy to get an advance. Just connect your bank account and your end. After a few on time payments your amount will go up. Helped me when I needed it the most.

The customer service is top notch! Dave is easy to use and feed for an advance are very small compared to others ! Will not take out money if it’s not there !
Difficult times in 2026
Even though I’m not excited about the fees, Dave has genuinely helped me when money has been tight. My savings have been depleted over the last couple of years because of a few unexpected life events, and having access to an advance when I’ve needed it has made a difference.
I also appreciate that Dave has increased the amount available to me over time based on my banking behavior and history. I don’t take that access for granted.
