Premium not working

I upgraded to premium yet it keeps telling me to enroll in the free trial. I can’t get it to work with the premium features

Response from developer

Thank you for upgrading and for letting us know about this issue. We identified a bug where the app could briefly load without recognizing your premium status, causing it to show the free trial prompt instead. A fix is on the way in our next update. In the meantime, closing and reopening the app should resolve it. If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to us at support@dbtpal.app and we'll make sure your account is sorted out right away.

The latest update is great.

Highly recommend for anyone tracking emotions for DBT therapy!

Update please

I love it. I can’t tell if there is a limit to items on the diary card but every time I try to add it crashed. Please fix bugs.

Response from developer

Thank you for the review! We have released an all new version. Version 1.3.2 is a complete rebuild of the app and fixes long standing issues with the app making it no longer compatible with newer versions of iOS. Please try out the new and much improved DBT Pal and let us know if you have any issues.

Great DBT companion

My only wish is that the skills in the daily journal would have descriptions to go along with them. The skills section is mostly meaningless to me right now as I don’t know what 3/4 of them are. However, it’s a great tool to manage and log emotions in one centralized place. The premium was worth it for me to be able to have everything centralized in one app.
