Very professional set up with trackers and Apple Pay. Drivers are all experienced and friendly and never let me down. I thoroughly recommend them.

Rip off app
Driver was fab but the app is a rip off .... it stated it was a fixed fare to the airport of £21... I paid by Apple Pay before the taxi came.... once I left the car was charged a further £5.00 why did the app state £21.00 and only take this ????????? Until I left the car ....

I arranged a trip on the app from home no problem - unfortunately the app failed when I tried to book the return journey and had to resort to calling up
Extremely professional
Love this taxi company they know their customers the app is brilliant and at a lone female you know your safe and looked after because of the set up with the app the GPS the profile pictures and all the information listed. If you have a taxi driver that’s a bit off or not up to standard they make sure you won’t get that taxi again. Best company about.

Journey with a very helpful driver
Driver was on the spot very quickly and noticed I was struggling with very heavy shopping bag which he took and placed in his people carrier then produced a tiny step stool which made it easy to get on to the seat Then on arrival he did it all in reverse Helped me out and carried my heavy bag into kitchen for me and lifted onto unit Very helpful and friendly -Gets 11/10 from me

Advert notifications
I get regular notifications from the app advertising their services. I don’t get taxis ver often but if I do it’d be from Dean; I don’t need to be reminded that they exist every couple of days. I looked in the app for control over notifications so that I could turn the promotions off and leave the updates for taxi status, but it’s not possible.
So it’s looking like in the future if I want a taxi I might have uninstalled the Dean app in favour of another company who have more respect.

Ive had throat cancer and I can't talk at all,also im very ill with the after effects of the cancer surgery,I can barely walk and I'm very slow at any movement.

Good service love the app but the expected time of arrival is always 5mins until you commit then it is “searching for driver” and the realistic pick up time which can be considerably longer
The new updated app
The new app doesn’t work at all, I much prefer the old app. Whenever I try to book a taxi a message comes up saying “oops there was problem, please try again in a moment” and continues to do this. Deans taxi will lose a lot of customers due to not being able to even book a taxi via there app for quickness rather than ringing up.
