SCAM!!!!
I have used dear doc for 1 year because of the super aggressive sales pitch. Terrible implementation and integrations. Kept saying they were WebMD and wanted to interview me to be a preferred doc. I bought service and was drastically disappointed. Pro: Super aggressive sales team Con: millions of the simplistic vendors that offer same service but significantly higher integrity. Would not recommend.

Do not buy from them
I’ve bought from DearDoc for my small business a year ago, everything sounded great when they first pitched it to me. So I sucker into it and bought it. I paid a year up front because they sells person gave me a “friends and family” discount. After I bought it I realized that all the things I had to do was on the desk top and I wasn’t able to do most things on the phone or the app. So I paid for a whole year in advance only for it to not really work for me. I didn’t really think anything of it, besides a product that just didn’t fit my website. BUT what really got me and realized this is was whole scam was when I tried to cancel my upcoming renewal! They gave me such a hard time. I didn’t like how the sells person was being so pushy. Kept offering me more things and even said my website was basic (which probably was) but that’s something I wanted. It came to a point where I have to contact my bank to let them know to block this transaction from happening. I’ve told them time and time again that this AI isn’t working for me and the sells person kept telling me I had great numbers on my website and I’m not utilizing it correctly and that they would help me, but where were they a year ago?They refuse to cancel my renewal even after telling me that they needed a verbal confirmation, which was just to kept me on the phone to “convince” me to stay.
