Time Wasters
Never ordering from here again. I ordered a bed off of here and only one half of it arrived. I messaged them several times to get an update and when nothing came about it i spoke to them and they told me to wait 3 working days. Every time i would come back after those days i would be told to wait again and again. In total this has taken 2 months to be sorted, only today have i been told i’ll receive a refund, which again will take a long amount of time and even then they are trying to take the delivery fee off of my refund which i now have to chase up, even tho its THEIR fault.
Also every time they say they will come back to you with an update they do not, you have to chase them up AND you have to re-explain what’s happening every-time otherwise the AI will not address it, this is really stressful. Would not recommend you buying from here.

Always have variety
I have always found what I was looking for at Debenhams. They have a wide range of sellers and items with very competitive prices. Anytime I have had a query they have responded quickly and resolved any issues. Very happy with their services and will recommend to everyone.
Disappointing
I would like to give Debenhams a higher rating because they have a good variety of products. However, I have returned too many defective items, and I often have to chase my deliveries because the delivery service has been very disappointing. The refund process also takes too long, and many customers have the same complaint. Even smaller companies give refunds much faster.
Because of this, I can only give one star. I had to reorder one dress about five times before I received one in good condition. The quality control is not good, and I am surprised that a company like Wallis allows this. I think the company should care more about its customers.

Love the prices, hate the Glitching!
Was so disappointed when Debenhams disappeared from the high street so to be able to shop online and still get the huge selection of items was a bonus!
However, the app is awful!! It’s doesn’t matter how many times I reboot or reinstall the new updates, it still glitches when you’re scrolling through a selection. It drives me insane when I’ve selected all the things I need so I can narrow down my search, only for the items I’m looking at to glitch and then disappear OR worse still, the app just shuts down and boots you out! I am so tired of having to research and redo all the parameters and still never manage to get to the end of a search!! C’mon Debenhams, get rid of the GLITCH!!! If you do, it’s 5 stars from me ☺️

Gift cards as a form of return are rubbish
I returned a dress and they gave me a gift card. Which didn’t work. I wrote to Debenhams, they said the card had expired. It hadn’t. They couldn’t get the card to accept any amount over £50. So instead of £176 I have 4 gift cards. You can only use one per order. So I therefore have changed what I wanted to buy and had to pay multiple times for delivery. You need to sort out your website!

I have ordered two mega evolution booster boxes they were on offer for 60 pound each , I paid 120 pound in total ! But only received one of the item, when I reported this to Debenhams it took them months just to tell me the company has sent me the right item which is totally incorrect , I only received 1 of the 2 items I paid for , and yet they still haven’t done anything to adjust their mistake ! Do not use ! At all do not recommend Debenhams to no one !

Used the next day free delivery promo code, however it wouldn’t allow me to proceed to checkout with ticking one of the payable delivery options and so I had to pay for delivery anyway.
Customer service
Very disappointed with how my complaint has been handled by Debenhams. I raised the issue within the correct timeframe and have spent weeks chasing responses regarding a faulty, poor-quality item. Communication has been extremely poor, with repeated generic replies and no proper resolution provided despite multiple follow-ups.
As the retailer, Debenhams should take responsibility for the products sold through their website and the customer service provided afterwards. Unfortunately, this experience has completely put me off ordering furniture from them again.

This app has recently added up cells for delivery and then is offering protection for a third-party SEEL, which it adds automatically. This will be my last order and the app will be deleted. Suggest you do the same. Say think it’s okay to be very free with your personal details.
