External Transfers take days.
Good luck if you want to transfer to any of your external accounts anything over $1000.
Takes and average of 2-3 days even if it’s a regular payment, it’s actually ridiculous and super inconvenient.

Most User Friendly Banking App Available
The Defence Bank has been my primary Bank for many, many decades. I've always been impressed by the Defence Banking App since its inception due to its very user friendly and easy layout options. Interface updates have introduced improvements that have made the app much more usable.
Compared to my other major Bank Apps, the Defence Bank App clearly outperforms all of them in terms of usability and ease of understanding. Some of them feel 'clunky' by comparison to the Defence Bank App.
When I've needed to get information or perform larger than normal transfers etc, the Defence Bank Customer Service staff (who I'm happy to say are still located within Australia), have always been very prompt and helpful with my banking financial exchanges and providing me with clear, understandable advice.
The Defence Bank is highly recommended based upon its return performance, this App and its Customer Service.
