Most User Friendly Banking App Available
The Defence Bank has been my primary Bank for many, many decades. I've always been impressed by the Defence Banking App since its inception due to its very user friendly and easy layout options. Interface updates have introduced improvements that have made the app much more usable.
Compared to my other major Bank Apps, the Defence Bank App clearly outperforms all of them in terms of usability and ease of understanding. Some of them feel 'clunky' by comparison to the Defence Bank App.
When I've needed to get information or perform larger than normal transfers etc, the Defence Bank Customer Service staff (who I'm happy to say are still located within Australia), have always been very prompt and helpful with my banking financial exchanges and providing me with clear, understandable advice.
The Defence Bank is highly recommended based upon its return performance, this App and its Customer Service.

takes seconds to use really fast transfer to other banks - it really does! I transfer $ between banks on a regular basis and it is in there as quick as it takes to open the opposing banks app.
Doesn’t work
Consistently doesn’t let me log into due to “unknown error”. Have contacted for help but no resolution. Works temporarily then doesn’t, have been without access to my bank when I need it.

No messaging in app
App would be much better if it had messaging, overdue payment alerts and other important notifications.

This app is great although it can be a bit slow sometimes to log in .. The features offered on the app suit my requirements and I never have any trouble transferring funds from my account to other accounts or vice versa. When money is transferred to my account from other banks I can check my balance via the app and it is always deposited quickly ..
