Unable to establish an account even after several tries
Cloudege not compatible with dekco
If you have dekco camera operating on the cloudedge app they cannot be added to the dekco app and vise versa, this is a waste of money i cant believe the developers didnt think of this when they updated the cameras

I want to keep my eyes open on the cameras on my cell phone that I no longer use but every 5 minutes the windows close and it tells me "the video recording has failed, please try again" and so every 5 minutes, a few months ago I could have the application open 24/7 but now I have to be pressing for it to reconnect.

Moving the camera
I moved the camera to a different location. Setting it up again has taken hours and hours rather than minutes and minutes. It worked perfectly before I chose to move it. Now, it won’t wait at all.
The update is awful
Can now longer review my recorded events, the prompt for the 30day trial
To iCloud won’t close, even after disabling trials and suggestions through app. This camera is now no longer useful.

Latest update has broken everything
Worked perfectly for 6 months, then the most recent update caused the app to lose connection to both cameras. Now when I try to connect them the app cannot find any WiFi networks meaning the entire system is useless.
constantly disconnected
cameras go offline once a month. no longer notify you, live feed doesn’t work and SD cards stop saving. today may 10th just noticed my cameras have been off since April 14th even tho i rebooted them april 2nd. 4th time this year. waste of money not a good sense of purpose
App issues
After updating IOS, this app will cause issues. Cannot do “View Multicam”, app freezes and crashes. Very inconvenient. Customer service is responsive but issue still present and was told to wait for resolution.
Before this update everything was good.
After update it is very hard to use, can’t see preview like before. They just want us to buy subscription to solve their issue. I’m going to get rid of this garbage camera.

Updated app and now it doesn’t work at all. Double check your update settings and try again.

Was so pleased with the 1st two that I bought so I bought a second pair. Has 24-7 loop recording. Had a little hiccup with the live recording, but customer service was extremely helpful and 1on1 with me and we resolved it rather quickly 👍

I thought this was a good camera until I realized it was no good I purchased the 30 days so I could go back and review my surroundings This camera was no good don’t record I stay in a neighborhood watch and I was embarrassed when they needed footage of something and o couldn’t provide it plus it don’t let me see nothing but when u go outside I couldn’t even see my dog when he was running around They took my money I can post videos of the truth

Voice Alert
It’s good app but you should add more voice alerts because the app is glitching the only thing needed is adding more voice alerts
Watching feedback is terrible
The camera’s seem decent and the app won’t let me watch the videos after recording. That defeats the purpose of having cameras.
