constantly disconnected
cameras go offline once a month. no longer notify you, live feed doesn’t work and SD cards stop saving. today may 10th just noticed my cameras have been off since April 14th even tho i rebooted them april 2nd. 4th time this year. waste of money not a good sense of purpose
App issues
After updating IOS, this app will cause issues. Cannot do “View Multicam”, app freezes and crashes. Very inconvenient. Customer service is responsive but issue still present and was told to wait for resolution.
Before this update everything was good.
After update it is very hard to use, can’t see preview like before. They just want us to buy subscription to solve their issue. I’m going to get rid of this garbage camera.

Updated app and now it doesn’t work at all. Double check your update settings and try again.

Was so pleased with the 1st two that I bought so I bought a second pair. Has 24-7 loop recording. Had a little hiccup with the live recording, but customer service was extremely helpful and 1on1 with me and we resolved it rather quickly 👍

I thought this was a good camera until I realized it was no good I purchased the 30 days so I could go back and review my surroundings This camera was no good don’t record I stay in a neighborhood watch and I was embarrassed when they needed footage of something and o couldn’t provide it plus it don’t let me see nothing but when u go outside I couldn’t even see my dog when he was running around They took my money I can post videos of the truth

Voice Alert
It’s good app but you should add more voice alerts because the app is glitching the only thing needed is adding more voice alerts
Watching feedback is terrible
The camera’s seem decent and the app won’t let me watch the videos after recording. That defeats the purpose of having cameras.
Faulty app
Camera has been working fine for quite a while. The latest update has ruined the whole experience and the reason for home security it doesn’t playback videos and is the worst version of the app since my purchase

I can’t scroll through the video! I basically just have to sit there with the footage on 2x the speed to get to the time I want. It’s really annoying, please change this.
Great product
I had the old version of these and just about have replaced the old ones for the new. I like the 24 hr recording to chip. I wish it had a way to if one camera detected someone appearing that it could set the other camera to be looking in the general vicinity to continue where the others left off. I didn’t find any place to send a feedback to the manufacturer. Only one was for the app and the link is broken.

These belong in the trash
It does no good to buy cameras when the playback and live view fails to play every single time. Complete garbage. Will never waste my hard earned money on this brand again. This should be illegal!!
Please fix latest patch.
I like my camera, and it works well, it records and stores 24/7 footage. This latest update, however, is glitchy. It creates gaps in recording and makes camera turn randomly.
Garbage update
This update totally changed everything slows down the notification time . Dropped signal very unhappy can’t wait for them to change this update . Still trash fix it back to the old version
