Doesn’t let you see your EOB
Easy to sign in
It was easy to register my information and sign in. My only problem is that I have delta vision as well but that information is not available on the app.

Unable to sign in
I was unable to register in app but I was able to register online. I was able to use my newly created online account to sign in, but after signing in it says Auth error when redirecting back to the app.
Frustrating UX for Something This Important…
The app consistently times out on screens where you should be able to view account data, or it logs you out immediately after signing in. This makes it genuinely difficult to access the information needed to use your benefits, which you're paying for, or to monitor how much of your benefits you've used. After a year of this experience, it's eroded my confidence in the company behind the app and its commitment to customer support.

Can do nothing
So clunky to navigate, very minimal features even in the app. I don’t see a point why someone should utilize this.
Can’t find my account
I can log into the website using my username without issue. The App claims it cannot find the username. It would be nice if the app also allowed you to log into using subscriber ID.
Not enough info
The app and the desktop version has no EOB details. If Delta wants us to use the app as opposed to paper, please update with more EOB detail.

Terrible app
Doesn’t even show claims payments. It shows the claim, and the claim total the dentist requested, but shows no other details about the processing detail. Critical details such as how much was reimbursed, are simply absent. Confounding as the website has more information. Why make the app worse than the mobile page? Why does it exist?
Simply useless, as that is the only reason I downloaded the app.

Will not log in
I’ve been trying to get this app to text me a verification code that’s mandatory and I did not opt in for and it will not send a text so matter how long I wait or how many times I initiate the process. It makes no sense why my email code isn’t enough. Huge waste of time.
Unbelievable
What’s the point of the app if it does not allow you to register or log in? I have given every information they needed to register but it seems to always have an excuse to not allow me to log in. I even called their contact number a bot picked gave me no option but telling me to download the app which the app doesn’t work. This company is a joke.

Won’t let you log in
This app isn’t worth downloading. It won’t let you log it. It worked one time for me, and then hasn’t worked since. I put in the correct username and password, and keep getting authentication errors. The same username and password works on the website.
Not even worth the small space it takes on my phone. Don’t bother. Go figure, an insurance company making it hard to do basic things. What a surprise. Not.

Can’t even sign in
So when i click sign in, it takes me to an external website that doesnt allow me to do anything. Very frustrating, annoying, disappointing.

I have no clue it the app even works, I've been trying to log in for,legit, 2 years. It redirects you to their online address. Very disappointing.
Terrible experience
Should be removed from the App Store. Login and 2FA are on an endless loop. I just wanted to see my benefits card. After logging in, I go to benefits card, which asks me to log in. Smh
Terrible App With No Updates
Impossible to login. Put in your username and password, and you’ll get an error every single time. I’ve had this app for over a year, hoping that it would get updated, but it hasn’t been. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app countless times to troubleshoot the issue, and it still happens. If you need to access your account, then just use the website. Don’t waste your time. Delta certainly isn’t wasting theirs trying to fix it.

Can’t login reliably. No apple wallet version of the id card.
Ridiculous!
Don't waste your time leaving a review. They been getting nothing but one star reviews for over a year now and they either forgot that they have an iPhone app or they don't have anybody there that knows how to fix it.
I don't know if it's a person or a bot but every time they get a one star review the Developer Response is always "so sorry to hear about that" and "Fill out a form" when it should say Developer Response "We don't care" and "Fill out a form if it makes you happy but we won't do anything about it"
