The app does not work, I could not sign up.
Rubbish and confusing
It doesn’t let you sign up? There’s only an option to “sign in” and entering my work email address does not help as it is not recognised (because there’s no option to sign up)
I tried going on the website to sign up but it is clearly B2B; not the customer website.

Won’t let me sign up
It won’t let me use my personal email address to sign up. But, as a self-employed writer, I don’t have an organisation’s work email address.
Hence, it seem’s I can’t use this app.
