Go with the Abbott competitor over this. The sensors are highly prone to failure and product support is very poor.
Useful, but…
This would not be difficult to add to the Follow app, so that you don’t have to open separate apps to see all the information you might want to access. As a parent of a T1D, initially he used Libre and all the information was available in one app. This would be much appreciated. T1D is hard enough, the apps and support should be made as stress free to use as possible.

Use it to pull my Stelo reader data. It provides a clearer picture of my glucose.

I’ve used this app since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021 but it hasn’t updated or recorded my levels since last year (2025) I’m not sure why

The hourly reports will generate only the first

Failing to update
Had the app for years and now I got temporarily signed out now all I can see is a reading from 3 years ago and nothing will update
4 days without data
Hi. Is anything happening with the app? 4 days that the app is showing Not Enough Data Available.
Phone application is useless
Since last update the mobile app defers to a time range in the future with no way to adjust. Which means no data is available. I use the windows browser app and I am able to override the default time range which is also at the end of the year. I worked with the help desk which was unable to fix, and still closed my call as being completed. I have found the data to be very useful.it would be great it if I could use the phone applications.

Dates are not Flexible
The data provided is great. It would be nice if on the daily report you got the average glucose for each day and long with the events. But my biggest gripe is you can’t go back in time. You should be able to pick a date and then get a report based on that date. I would like to be able to go back in time and run a weekly report for each week. It seems crummy to have to remember to run the report each week and save it so I can go back and look at my progress. For what you pay for the device you shouldn’t have pay for a separate app to get this kind of flexibility.

Not functional.
This app is unstable. While the Dexcom G6 is working, and all permissions on my iPhone 16 are on, and the data is being send and recorded. Clarity cannot provide any reports, even though it once could. A waste of electrons.

Constant login Issues - Very Disappointed
Very disappointed with the Clarity app. It constantly logs me out, and when I try to log back in it says my ID or password isn’t recognized—even though nothing has changed. It’s extremely annoying to keep resetting or changing my login just to access the app. This really needs to be fixed.

Where is your data going?
I love this app!
Clarity allows me to set my personal blood sugar goals and monitor how I’m doing. I love the morning notification that I met my previous day’s goal. It’s so easy to use.
