This App Don’t support PDF or Image files

I am trying to upload my flight journey Boarding Pass files. While uploading name validation failed. Not sure what’s wrong with this application. Also this app is not secure what I feel since the team or founders are collecting our personal data and they are not helping us. Not sure how this app going to be decide our journey . Such a bad experience I am having with this application. Expecting an alternative app should come and become competition for this . Hope someone will develop the same and help end users like me

Doesn’t even login, how can people design such kind of apps, in this AI world you need to be exceptionally skewed up to design such an app. Worst app as always.

Doesn’t register foreign numbers

This app, although touts as being user friendly doesn’t really work for foreign telephone numbers. The first step of entering the telephone number itself has been a bad experience as it doesn’t change the country code at all. I am not sure why this should be such a big issue when similar systems work very well in other countries. As far as OTP is concerned, almost all Indian govt systems fail to deliver.

Only works with India mobile numbers

I got a notification from indigo to use this app for paperless check in. It doesn’t help if we have an international number because it only works with Indian mobile numbers.
A lot of international travellers do use these airlines as well and would be useful to us also.

Terminal information and frequent flyer info

Hi, once a person has processed his boarding card on DigiYatra, it partially defeats the purpose if one to go back to the boarding card in email or airline app to check terminal number. Moreover , at boarding gate, airlines give priority to frequent flyers, but again for that one has to pull out the boarding card from email or app to show this to them. This is quite bothersome. Experience will become so much superior if terminal number and frequency flyer category is visible too.

App opening

Just now installed the app like 5 to 7 times but the user interface is not opening at all worst experience ever.
I’m writing this review because it is not a small game app or something it is a big platform to the public.
Hope to solve it ASAP.

Only for Indian numbers

Can’t log in with international number. This should have been mentioned when Indigo requested us to download the app. I don’t own an Indian number so had to give up and delete the app.

Must Have App

If you are a frequent flyer in India, then this is a must have app. It makes the entire process of entry into the airport seamless. The app is well thought of and designed and is expanding well with built in integration with airlines as part of the web check in. Look forward to more such user friendly features.

Smooth functioning, saves time

I travel a lot for my work. It used to be quite a hassle passing through security checks and would consume time. With DigiYatra I can save time. Only suggestion I would give is to show Zone detail on the QR space. Most of the airlines do Zone wise boarding for the flight. While zone is mentioned on the boarding pass issued by airline, since it’s not visible in DigiYatra, every time boarding is announced I need to open the airline boarding pass and refer to it. It would be an awesome feature to get zone as well visible on the DigiYatra app

Sent this to download by Indigo but only accepts Indian mobile numbers. Useless for international travellers.

Not usable with non Indian phone numbers

Cannot change international dialling prefix from India, so failed at first step

I need to support

Last few days I am trying to login page when I typing to enter my mobile number. It’s not entering. I don’t know why it is not supporting to enter my mobile number. It’s a completely struck that the same position so I am multiple times. I reinstall the app, but still same showing same error check it and rectify this one thank you.

Does not work for UK travellers

I’m a traveller from UK and the app doesn’t seem to allow me to use my UK telephone number. What a waste to my time. Should alert the users of this limitation. ☹️
