Download the app to reserve seats of popular restaurants, but I could not find where to reserve seats in the UI.
Unable to redeem points
I had my drink points that I saved and somehow I’m unable to scan to redeem them. I did see a notification that points are expiring a day before but theres no option to renew or anything. I asked the drink place and they said points don’t expire. I still see points in my account but no barcodes to redeem. Please fix the issue.

Doesn’t work
Really dumb app. Guest option without signing in doesn’t work for most features. Tried to make an account it said already registered. I tried to login, said password incorrect. I put forget password and it said user not found. Deleted. So useless
Does Not Work
I’ve deleted and re-downloaded this app multiple times, gave it all the permissions and yet it still does not work.
I don’t even get to the login screen on iOS 17.

Very buggy
Crash the majority of the time. Often losing the queue in the wait list.
App won’t load
This app is poorly written, it won’t load past its startup screen. I’ve tried reinstalling multiple times to no avail.
Why is this app trying to paste from my clipboard when it opens?
Seems sketchy to attempt to read the clipboard immediately with no apparent reason
App doesn’t work
I use this app to get on the waitlist for Koi Palace Daly City but it’s always such a mess. Terrible and confusing interface and doesn’t even work half the time. I tried joining the waitlist today but it wouldn’t give me a number. When I got to the restaurant the display they have doesn’t even show any waiting parties despite there being a room full of waiting parties.

Terrible UX and worst implementation
My usual place, Koi Palace in Daly City was thrown into disarray thanks to this app and workers who are clueless about how to use it and clearly poor management that don’t know how to direct folks. Horrible system that had unintuitive UX, the QR code on the receipt ended up taking us to the site and not the app and the login was hard to find. Burn and restart

Great concept but…
… it has issues. Somehow our number was shared with another group which caused quite a bit of confusion when it was time for us to be seated. The app just crashed only the second time I opened it.
Only for drug users
Only after a raft of mind bending drugs will you find this app useful. It was designed by a total sociopath looking to ruin the lives of innocent people trying to get a reservation.

Dinfo was fast, simple, and easy to navigate. I was able to quickly preorder my food, so that when I got there I was able to immediately skip the line

The app is completely trash in every way. The only reason I had to use it is for whatever reason. A lot of good restaurants uses this app

Acct registration needed to line up?
Got this app to line up at Koi Palace. App requires your phone number and email. IMO that’s an unnecessary collection of personal information (not needed when you get a line ticket in person).
