Why do I always agree on a set price per month on the phone and when I log in.. the price is always more then what I discussed with an agent. This the second time it has happened.

I haven’t been able to log into this account for almost 2 months now. I’ve called multiple times and they keep telling me they are merging or doing an update and it still never works!!
Seeing the whole screen
Update on the insurance y’all this insurance went up to $900 and some dollars for three cars. Absolutely ridiculous and I have two homes one in the city and my main home is in the county they told me I had to use my city address . That was only to make my insurance go up high. My advice is to find insurance that fix your budget $900 and some dollars is higher then my car payment and higher then what I pay a month for the home I have in the city. Direct Auto you have to do better. This is why some people don’t have insurance on the car. But thank god I pay way less now.
