Cancelation
Be ware of trying to cancel your policy. They will tell you that it doesn’t matter if the car falls under the section for cancellation issues. My car is underivable and it doesn’t matter. Still having to pay to cancel a policy on a car that don’t run.

The worst app ever
This app is the worst everytime I try to log in to pay my insurance it won’t let me I’m so sick of it I’m changing insurance companies as soon as possible.

Direct Auto Insurance understands my current needs. I’ve owned my 2004 Honda Civic EX 2 Door Coupe since Oct 2024. I’ve only put around 1,900 miles on it. I’m a 57 yr. Old Man and have 0 violations, except when my Sister (she was on my policy then) ran a red light and was photographed. I paid the ticket because it was my vehicle. They didn’t raise my rate per yr. I pay $299 for 12 months of service. Thank you Direct Auto Insurance.

HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY & APP
vehicle at body shop for more than a month - they already submitted photos & estimates been constantly following up they won’t communicate with body shop & keep making false promises - they keep assigning new adjusters to consider you paying rental out of pocket
Improve your app
Shouldn’t have to use A WEBSITE to sign in to an app come on now. That’s why this app has isssues, can’t even sign in right now to re new my insurance because of a “loading” problem. Do I have to find somewhere better? Frustrating.
