I’ve used this service three times so far and have always been very satisfied. I’ve never had any issues picking up the car from the local rental agency, and the price was always much lower than when I tried booking directly with the rental company.
Scammers
I booked through Discover Cars and paid in advance for their Full Coverage, believing I was fully protected. At the rental desk I was then sold a second, overlapping "Body Protection," plus a roadside assistance charge I was never told about, so I ended up paying twice for the same protection. At no point, in the booking or at pickup, did anyone tell me I already held equivalent coverage.
When I complained, Discover Cars said their coverage is a separate product the rental company does not recognize at the counter, and pointed me to the supplier. The supplier pointed me straight back to Discover Cars. Each blamed the other, and neither took responsibility. In my experience the two systems are set up so they never talk to each other, which conveniently lets both sides deflect accountability and refuse a refund.
I met every payment requirement with a credit card in my own name, and no deposit was even required, so there was no reason I needed extra protection at the desk. I felt tricked into paying for something I already had. Check your coverage carefully before booking, and know that if something goes wrong, you may be passed back and forth with no resolution.

Easy to rent from with reasonable rates
I’ve used the services of this firm a few times and have always received excellent service. The companies they source their cars from have always been reliable. The rates they charge are reasonable compared to the bigger names in the rental business.

Best car rental app
Used this app multiple times for European trips and the prices are always so good. The pick up and drop off is super easy too and never had any issues with false damage claims or any of that rubbish (which I was worried I might as they aren’t brands I know). Would recommend highly
