Worst route planning
It’s annoying to have to scan twice before you can load your car, the first scan to number the packages in the sequence and the second to accept the packages. It used to be all on one step,.
Great app
We have been using them almost 2 years now. Great app and amazing support. What Dispatch Science is doing for logistics is game changing. Their platform is robust, powerful, and works. From the backend side, the app is as good as you make it. Because it’s so robust and capable, it requires thought and energy to make it work how you want. It can do almost anything. 9/10 complaints I’ve had were my own fault, not Dispatch Science.

NAVIGATION MUST BE NEAREST NEIGHBOR STARTING FROM PICKUP LOCATION
This application has me going back and forth on the same road for each delivery even when I’m right next to what SHOULD be the next delivery location. TO FIX THIS: The routing needs to be based on NEAREST NEIGHBOR. For example: For each location, find next closest location. Please fix. Wasting gas and time. Thanks

Poor programming job. Too many clicks before you can close a single order. Some fictions don’t even respond. A one star is being too generous for this.
Hate it
Constantly kicks you out along with after scanning it will say loading and just spin and spin. Beyond frustrating!!!
Devs should be tried for war crimes.
Reroutes your whole route after 3 stops. Bugs everywhere. Shame on Apple for letting these idiots release anything.
Best driver interface ever
I’m not sure where all of the 1 star reviews come from…I have been in the expedited delivery business for 30 years and have used all of the major platforms. This is the easiest driver app to negotiate to date.
Please note that to utilize the driver app, you have to be linked to a company that utilizes the software. Otherwise, it will not work!
We work with over 80 drivers completing 500 orders daily flawlessly for the past 2 years.
Never have had the opportunity to call tech support as I’m pretty sure they don’t even have a number. Sounds sketchy, though their support email gets answered in minutes.

Complete and total garbage
This company must have one server because it constantly goes down and will not upload anything. They have no customer service. Next to impossible to use. If you have a trucking company do not use this app

Worst route optimization, very inefficient, better to use circuit .
Terrible optimization
The route optimization makes no sense. I often drive right by stops that I have to come back and complete later in the day. And if I deliver out of order the customer notifications get messed up and people get angry.
This is my second negative review for this app because it’s actually that terrible.
Really hoping my employer switches back to Onfleet!!! It was a DREAM compared to this.

Reliable but not the best
Its easy to use, but few more tricks and it can get 5 stars.
Using this app for deliveries more than an year, the one thing I dislike is that driver has no control over the optimisation of the route.
Most of the time it creates a route which makes no sense, for an example i have to go up and down and the same road multiple times.
This app is created to keep the driver on the road for longer period of time, I used circuit App for comparison and on an average a driver can save upto 30 minutes to an hour, more time on the road means more usage of gasoline= less money in the driver’s pocket.
So as a driver please give us the option to optimise our route for more efficiency.
Please bring dark or night mode as at night the screen is too bright.

Optimization
The optimization is horrible! Have been using this app for over 4 months through the delivery company I work with. There is a lot of other delivery apps that do a better job with route optimization.
