Doctor Consultation is a SCAM
I had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with the DoctorC app. I tried to book a consultation with a doctor, and from the very beginning, the process was a mess. After scheduling an appointment, the app would give me a missed call, but the call barely rang before it was dropped. Then, without any further explanation, they canceled the appointment. I was given the option to reschedule, so I did hoping things would improve. But when the new time came, the doctor still didn’t show up. I reached out to customer support, and they promised to call me back shortly. Yet again, I got a missed call this time, while I was holding my phone directly in my hand. They claimed multiple attempts were made, insisting I hadn’t answered, but it was simply untrue. After all this hassle, they canceled the appointment again. Honestly, it felt like a scam: I was paying for a service, and I got nothing in return. I would strongly advise others to avoid this app if you’re looking for reliable medical consultation. It’s not worth the time or money.

Worst service
I am writing to express my absolute frustration with the abysmal service I received today.
I was instructed to remain fasting for a morning sample collection. Not only did the technician fail to show up on time, but it was also impossible to contact them. When I reached out to customer care, I was repeatedly told to wait "10 to 15 minutes," only to be told later that you could not connect with the technician at all.
Forcing a patient to prolong a medical fast due to your own operational failures is completely unacceptable and a health risk. To make matters worse, after all this hassle, I was told a refund would take 7 working days.
I should not have discomfort, waste my morning, and then wait over a week to get my money back for a service you failed to provide.

All Fake Misleading Reports
Out of all medical report apps this is the worst, all my reports values are too far from actual not even near the actual report tested from genuine lab tests. All my family had takes test, none of their reports are genuine. They are randomly inserting values in the reports manually it seems and no proper customer care service, if u want to lose time, money and sample blood go with these worst services, i’m sure u gonna regret later. Government should ban this app

Don’t waste time booking from this application
No one waste application they don’t have early schedule and even after scheduling there team does not showing up just give you a missed call and then later put the blame in you telling that Customer told to reschedule waste customer support also after booking there is no message nothing on what is the status ho for other Brands as there Technician are also SCAMMERS they don’t show up And CUSTOMER SUPPORT is also the same.

They cancelled last moment
They made me pay and booked the appointment.. I've cleared my schedule and waiting for them by following 8 hours fasting.. in the last minute, they cancelled because they don't offer service in my area. Which is just 2kms from their service area. I offered extra charges but they just want to cancel it first. Waste of my time

Completely Wrong Reports, Very Risky Service
Total reports are wrong.
10 days ago, we tested hemoglobin and it showed 7. Due to some other issues, we couldn’t visit the hospital. Today, because the symptoms became very serious, we decided to test again through Doctor C before consulting a doctor. But now Doctor C is showing 10.7 hemoglobin, even though we did not take any medicines or treatment in between.
How is this possible?
How can a testing service give such fake and inaccurate results? These wrong values can put patients’ lives at serious risk. Very disappointed and shocked by this kind of service.
I don’t understand how actresses promote this kind of app without checking the quality. These ads mislead people when the reports are totally inaccurate and dangerous.

No proper service they are asking to reschedule
I have given appointment time 9:00 AM for 4 of us (family) and I have asked them not to eat anything and no one firstly responded in the team and no one contacted and I am constantly approaching them, now contact support is asking me to reschedule and what if they do same thing next time??? Bad experience

Doctor c blood test
I am very disappointed with today’s experience. My appointment was scheduled at 6:45 AM, and I arrived fasting as instructed. Even after waiting till 8:00 AM, no technician was available and there was absolutely no response or communication from the clinic. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for fasting patients. Proper scheduling and basic updates to patients are very important. I hope the clinic improves its coordination and respects the patient’s time in the future.

Reports will be generated too late
They will generate the reports very late despite having very high prices that their competitors. If you have any doctor appointments scheduled which are dependent on reports from them better choose other app over this. And the customer service is vary pathetic where give answers in an arrogant way for your questions

Worst service I have ever opted for
This was the first time that I have booked under their offer. Booking was done on 29th for 31st that is today morning at 7.50am. It’s 8.15am no one turned up and they are saying I had spoken to some person of their team and have asked for rescheduling. Yesterday evening there was an email and what’s app asking to rescheduling the appointment. No one called for the same. I was fortunate enough that I had not paid and now I had to book it from other service provider who will be coming at 10am and will have to wait for him, stay on fasting for more time and also had to take half day at office. Do not trust such new apps. They do not know value of time and medical industry.

Terrible experience — both the service and customer support are extremely poor. The company is completely unreliable. They said they were upgrading the test from ₹299 to ₹399, but ended up charging for both ₹299 and ₹399. They also claimed that sample collection was free, but added extra charges later. The blood collection agent didn’t disclose the final price beforehand — only revealed the inflated amount after collecting the sample. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I’ll never use this lab or doctor again. They mislead customers with false promises of low-cost tests and are essentially running a scam.

Very Bad Communication Mechanism
Everytime their appointments gets postponed. The persons never comes to collect blood sample ( sayyed Bilal). We cannot call doctor c as there is no customer care number , email id or mechanism on App. AppStore should disallow this App. It’s a fraud they take money and then customers has to chase them for appointments or for refunds

Fraud Billing
Fraudulent billing charges, when I booked it shows 299/- and I added a service which is priced at 149/- and the total bill should be 448/-.
However they have charged me extra 99/- which is not fair at all.
I need the refund of 99/- which has been charged extra to my actual payment and to success this from morning I have been waiting in the chat queue for more than 1 Hour 30 Minutes and no body is responding

Report uploading
Not able to upload extra reports and it is not allowing for pdf and i even took screenshots of that report to upload as picture but that is also nit allowing.
One more feature would be better like to add phone numbers while booking appointments for doctors as we are getting tested for our parents we would like to have their number added ( user is myself)

Bad experience and Worst chat support
I had booked a check up for my dad for 87 test but. It got reschedule couple of times. Later after the sample was taken. I got a report for Health package 70 instead of 87. Trying to be on chat for more than a hour but no luck. Worst service and very bad experience. The support number is of no use.

Delayed in sample collection
My experience with DoctorC was extremely disappointing. I had booked a sample collection for 8 AM, but their staff kept delaying and wasting my time for hours. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response or accountability. Finally, I had to cancel my order out of sheer frustration. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable – they clearly don’t value their customers’ time. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Don’t reliable DoctorC result as in my case I did report same day with other reputed laboratory and I shocked both have different value. And have huge difference between DoctorC report and reputed laboratory

My go to for all health problems and diagnosis - Thanks much for your amazing service - Me and my wife are literally very busy but you guys have slots from early morning onwards and that really helps
