High fees and unavailable options
To pay rent with app. The fee is $67 to use a debit card. It never works to use a bank account. The option is always unavailable. I’m pretty sure all of the other reviews are fake. Worse app ever
Doesn’t make sense
It just doesn’t sit right with me I have to pay a fee to pay my rent because management of this property requires me to use this app, I think that should be charged to the management company of the property not the people forced to use this app.
Additionally what’s the point of the app if it consistently promps me to either check if I entered my email correctly or create an account, but I use the same email and password on the website to log in with no issues what so ever.

3% Platform Fee
I also would not recommend using this app, especially if you have roommates. While we weren't charged a platform fee initially, the system has since started charging one, which would add an additional $72 on top of our monthly rent. That's an unreasonable extra expense, so I'll be sticking with my $5 money orders instead.
On top of that, the AutoPay feature appears to be flawed. When setting it up, the system gives you the option to select a specific payment amount. However, it does not honor that selection. Instead, it withdraws the full rent amount from every roommate's account that has AutoPay enabled, regardless of the amount each person designated. This is exactly what happened to us and caused significant financial issues.

Poor account information
Using Domuso that is required by my apartment complex or else they don’t do a lot of whining has been less than useful when an error occurs with their system. It’s your fault and you need to correct it. you can do this by getting a money order or a check and paying a fee in order to pay your rent plus the fee fees that they always charge and an extra fee.

It took me a long time to set up my account, but once I did, the app works fine.

The initial set up of my account wasn’t the easiest for me or my wife. While I’m not tech savvy she most definitely is so there’s that. Once you’re in the app is easy enough. Nothing special

I’ve had a great experience with the Dosumo app. It’s easy to use, the interface is clean and user-friendly, and it has made managing everything much more convenient. The app works smoothly, and I’ve found it to be reliable and efficient. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Dosumo to others.

$80 of rent payment fee for paying with debit is crazy. It’s like paying late fee Smh.. Rent is already insane $2,412 for 1 bedroom.
Predatory evil scam app tanked my credit
It’s unbelievable how everything is a scam these days. My apartment switched to this app from RentCafé which had zero issues, a friendly User Interface and reasonable platform fees. This app on the other hand is hideous, has very few options and is clearly profiting off of fees. It has now twice randomly decided that my bank account was not valid to take funds from. One of these times, it did not take the funds out until about 5 days later after (past when rent was due) and other bills came off of auto pay. This caused me to have a “late rent payment” despite trying to pay early. My credit fell 100 points afterwards. The platform fee for me to pay my rent using a debit card is $20 which is completely outrageous. The MoneyGram option seems to vary by location and half the time requires you to take out a bunch of cash which is obviously dangerous. To make manners worse, my landlords insist I should just Flex my rent and take out yet another payment plan. I suspect this is a scheme by the higher ups to force us to put ourselves into even more debt.

I understand the need of updating the app here and there. However, I only use this app once a month to pay my rent and each time I have to log in. It’s crazy.
Future of rent collection???
I have had this app for 3 weeks to date. Had to redownload every single time because the app freezes when opened. Not just to pay a bill but just to check my status. The website works better but the app is trash.
