What happened?
Dosh use to be so good, what happened? Capping cash back, replacing cash back with phone dollars, partnership with one Nz, it’s very difficult to watch dosh going down hill.

Competitive Edge Gone
It’s a pity there’s no one NZ phone plan that compares to my current 15GB @ $13.75 per month. It would mean the saving made using Phone Dollars would be offset by having to switch to a one NZ Pay Monthly plan (e.g. 6GB @ $50) over the interest-free payment term.
One nz killed it
Have just pulled all my money out of Dosh - the partnership with one nz has ruined the app. We don’t want to earn one nz dollars, we want cashback. Utterly useless to me now and will be deleting the app

dosh is so stupid, takes very long to transfer between banks it says will take 2hrs unless out of the time frame which is 9am-10pm i believe but i transferred in those hrs and its been over 4 hrs and nothing showing in my bank says in process. So much for fast banking , now it’ll probably come in the next day smh

Best home loan offer in NZ
I recently scoured the market for the best home loan offer. Dosh had the equal best rate and when adding their Streak cashback it came first overall. The online application was super easy and the approval time was fast. Highly recommended.
Apple Pay
I like the cash back feature of the app, but it’s not very convenient because it doesn’t support Apple Pay I always forgot to bring my card when going outside :(

I closed my dosh account a month ago after I learnt that Dosh only allows you to set up only Google pay. I’m not coming back in the future, Debut is much better! 👎

From the beginning it’s been seamless. Easy to open an acct, there was an answer for any questions I had about it. I love the strive acct interest rate and I feel like my moneys actually doing something good. My dosh debit card arrived today and it was easy to activate + quick delivery, 5 days.
I have one request- on the “accounts” page and it shows all the accts.. I’d love if you could hold and drag accts around to reorder them🙂

You can only order one card
I cancelled my account a while ago and tried to register again after I saw that Dosh would soon support Apple Pay. But the app doesn’t allow me to order a new card, and customer service told me, ‘According to Dosh's terms and conditions, you won’t be able to order another card.’ This is so confusing and hubris that customers cannot even pay for a new card. On the contrary, Debut gave me a new card for free and offered higher interest rates. 👎Dosh
