Замечательное приложение, занимаюсь только по нему, очень приятный голос, понятные упражнения, регулируешь все под себя, частота повторений, длительность, убираешь упражнения которые не нравятся или сложно выполнять .
Great at home workout!
I wanted to get back into Pilates but was afraid to go to a class since it has been a while. This app is perfect for that! Easy to use and follow along and a good workout. I love that all I need when I travel is my phone and a mat or towel! Definitely recommend

Хотела попробовать приложение через пробный период, но уже через 3 дня приложение выдаёт, что пробный период окончен и необходимо оформить платную подписку. Я ещё ни одного занятия не успела пройти.

Лучшее, что со мной случалось
Я скачивала много приложений, но это превзошло все предыдущие. Мне безумно нравится возможность отрегулировать абсолютно всё: музыку, голос «тренера», время тренировки, разминки, заминки. Просто потрясающее приложение. На выбор уровни подготовки, зоны, которые нужно натренировать. Каждый раз действительно разный набор упражнений. Я всегда тяжело заставляла себя тренироваться дома хотя бы 10 минут, с этим приложением я с удовольствием тренируюсь 30-40 минут, хожу горжусь собой🙃 Огромное спасибо разработчикам!! Лучше просто не найти
