Great algorithm, comically bad app
I’ve tried a number of workout apps and have seen all of the foibles, “AI” trainers that give you completely nonsensical workout according to even the most rudimentary understanding of what works to build muscle. I’ve seen apps that are overly simplistic and don’t do much more than a spreadsheet or ones that try to be so fancy that it feels like every workout is a science project. Dr. Muscle, as an algorithm actually seems to do what it claims. Workouts make sense, progression keeps ticking up, feels like the right amount of challenge. Too bad the app is brutal. It gets confused about which workout it’s on if you try to change an individual workout, it crashes periodically, sometimes I choose a workout while travelling it shows it to me but when I complete it, it doesn’t keep a record and immediately cuts to the previous workout. If I leave the app to do something for work (it comes up) for a few minutes I get kicked out of the workout and if it is a one-off workout it’s a bizarre series of button presses to get back to it. In all, more trouble than it’s worth and for a very premium price.

Can be frustrating
Could be good, but instead its wastes your time with a lot of questions that slows you down. There’s no way to disable them. And it doesn’t seem to remember what you’ve done consistently. The chat function has extremely limited capability.
Ai and micro nutrition
The app is great except it feels like the ai doesn’t remember what was said before that message and is either too stubborn or too vague to help you change something
App crashes constantly
Would love to give this app a try, but it won’t ever open. It crashes every time I try and use it.
Not working
The app just not opening. I restarted my phone, re installed the app, but still not able to open it
