Bad Telehealth Experience
I start with paying $129 for a doctors appointment at 11:30 am, and Dr. Etee Patel was late. I then had an unacceptable telehealth experience with Dr. Patel. I requested refills for four common medications: bupropion, Effexor, finasteride, and lower-dose trazodone for sleep. Two had previously been refilled through DrHouse (Bupro & Trad), Effx commonly taken with Bupro, and Finasteride is unrelated to psychiatry. She repeatedly interrupted me and refused every refill, vaguely citing “drug interactions,” despite my having taken these medications for some time. These are the only four meds I take, so you can google yourself if that was an appropriate response.
When I calmly asked her to explain, she raised her voice and accused me of not listening instead of answering my questions. Patients deserve respect and clear medical explanations. I received neither. I requested a refund and still have not received it.

Rip off
Spent $50 for less than 5 minutes. Doctor got on with an attitude. A total rip off. Not worth it.
Ripoff
Advertises med delivery no such thing sends prescription to a random pharmacy so far away. Didnt treat me for what I was actually requesting. Ripoff scam.

God Send
my husband and I have both been able to utilize this app and talk to real certified actual doctors who have been able to help us in tight spots on the occasions that we’ve contacted them. That includes getting anabiotic for horrific toothache and also medication for a UTI. This is a fantastic app to keep on your phone for just such an occasion.

It was wonderful to see a doctor online who could help me with 2 different issues. He was very friendly & helped me understand rheumatoid arthritis “usually” starts when you’re young. I’m 68 but feel like 38! Thanks

Simple but expensive
It’s pretty easy to use but you end up likely paying much more than other telehealth options. First you pay a copay and then you’ll get a second bill that’s much larger than the copay.
