It was wonderful to see a doctor online who could help me with 2 different issues. He was very friendly & helped me understand rheumatoid arthritis “usually” starts when you’re young. I’m 68 but feel like 38! Thanks

Simple but expensive
It’s pretty easy to use but you end up likely paying much more than other telehealth options. First you pay a copay and then you’ll get a second bill that’s much larger than the copay.

One of the best telemedicine services I’ve had
This is, by far, one of the best and easiest telemedicine services I’ve EVER used!! The self pay price is more than reasonable, I can always see a doctor quickly or book an appt that fits my busy schedule even in the evening.. and they always get my rx’s (if needed) sent right over to the pharmacy. I haven’t had to chase down any doctors and haven’t been given a hard time!

No meds, just lies
Paid over $120 to be seen. Doc says youll have meds by 4:30 and she never actually sent them. I had to manually place the order, which I was never told I had to do even after I asked her twice to make sure I would have them today. I won’t get them until tomorrow now. Ruined my whole vacation and wouldn’t refund my money. Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t care or fix your issues. The doc spent all of maybe 90 seconds with me. Crooks.

This is the second time I’ve used Dr house, and both times were really fantastic. Easy to set up the appointment that doctors are responsive and knowledgeable. And for minor issues it’s so much more convenient than having to go and make an appointment and go physically into a doctors
