Crashes all the time

After using this app for 3 years it now crashes every time I open it up. I delete and reinstall- it works once and then crashes again. Totally useless.

App constantly crashes

My driving score is fine but the app constantly crashes to the point I can no longer open the app. What is the point in having a system that rewards/penalises them for their driving if you cannot monitor your driving. Really poor from developers. I would expect more from direct line.

Crashing

App installed on two different iPhones continuously crashes when trying to open, obviously not been updated to work with the latest IOS version. Have deleted and reloaded to no effect. Is an update in the works as every recent review is the same?

Keeps crashing

App is constantly crashing. Only way I can get it to work is to delete the app and reinstall it. It then works for about 2 days before it starts crashing again. Apparently my journeys are still being monitored, but I’m not able to check them.

Extremely Penalising and needs a new format

Overall the App is user friendly, however it is strangely stupid and is always penalising. The system also has a major flaw as it is judging you by the area and roads you are driving on. Which is extremely stupid as it says that I should not drive on my local roads as they are too dangerous. Which is impossible to avoid and the black box should be judging your driving not the area. Also I always drive carefully, however due to traffic the speed always varies. For which the app says I have a late reaction to hazards🙄. The app is very stupid and needs to be fixed.
