Great work, weak service
The actual laundry is done well. Drivers are professional and friendly. But there is zero customer service if for example you need to change your delivery time or a garment is damaged. That chat function is for them to talk to you, not the other way around. This app isn’t bad, but I suspect there’s someone better.

A Happy Customer
I never thought that I would have someone to watch my clothes for me. But Drop and Dash Laundry is so wonderful because it takes up a lot of time. I love it. I love the way they fold my clothes. I love the way they have all my socks together. It’s is worth the money.
Irresponsible behavior
This service lost a big amount of my laundry which included very expensive and hard to replace work uniform. No one has taken responsibility or responded to my request for a refund. It has been days with no clothes or response, the customer is not their concern. I will never trust or use this laundry service again.

Charges for unscented, washes with scented
These guys are really bad at their jobs. I selected the option for unscented detergent because I have asthma and allergies. They ignored the $3 I paid for unscented and the instructions in the washing notes that indicated to wash with unscented products. Now I have to spend another $200 to do all of my laundry again. Totally bogus app and company.

False Advertising
Downloaded the app and got a $20 credit towards my first laundry. Was then charged the full amount and the credit disappeared. Service works but I can’t stand being lied to
Terrible customer service.
This company is terrible. Driver stated after arrival that he could not pick up laundry. Asked why and he just stated that someone else would be assigned. Do not do business with this service.

Nice Laundry Service
This laundry service and app has helped me with living in an apt and I’m on the 3rd floor and need all the help I can get. It’s easy to schedule pick up and drop off. When they use an uber driver expect to place the bags in the trunk and take them out yourself for pick up. They clean, fold neatly and place in really nice bags. I appreciate when they have promos too.

I travel with my cousin that has a medical condition, sometimes he can end up having an accident sometimes. It’s super convenient to have an app that knows its way around places you’re not familiar with and having someone you can call and talk to is a major plus! They organize a pick up and drop off time and I can continue my trip . Love!!

Tried laundry delivery for the first time, and it was seamless! Easy ordering, real-time updates, and same-day service. Clothes came back in a nice blue reusable bag—highly impressed!
Could be much better
I like Drop & Dash service but the app doesn’t process the promo codes and there is no way to speak with anyone to resolve this. This service would be so much better if it invested in the customer service side of it all. I call and no one answers. There isn’t an option to leave a voice mail. No email found to message. The chat on the app has someone respond almost 2 weeks later. It becomes very frustrating and paying customers shouldn’t be frustrated using your service.

If you love the simplicity of setting up an on demand order then Drop & Dash is for you. I love being able to place an order before leaving for work and setting my delivery for the same day once I am home. How easy is that!? You receive the laundry drawer ready which makes it all even easier! I love that I can put in specific details like requesting to pack my towels and linens separately. So much good about this service! Thank you Drop & Dash!

Terrible
This service used to be wonderful. Since including uber as their delivery service it’s become very disappointing. I spent 80 bucks getting my clothes washed and they smell like weed from the uber driver. Just disappointing, don’t waste your time or money.

You guys wash the clothes always good but the problem here is the delivery!!!!! AND THE PICK UP !!!!
The people come and they have nooooooo clue on what they have to do or call or what. And sometimes they don’t even call or nothing saying that they pick up the order already. YOU GUYS SHOULD BRING THE LADY BACK THAT WOULD USE THE COMPONY VAN AND PICK UP AND DROP OFF THE CLOTHES WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS!!!!!

Fraud
The DoorDash driver got my two small hampers of clothes at 9am. It’s now 1:30 and I still don’t have my clothes. No one is respond to the chat and the laundromat’s number doesn’t work.
Exceptional service
I was able to place an order for same day pick up and delivery. My clothes were returned fresh, neatly folded, and faster than expected! Highly recommend!
